Luxury Ocean View Poipu Beach Condo 804

Vista dominante di Sunny Poipu Oceanscape, dove lusso e dintorni lussureggianti ti aspettano al nostro Poipu Beach Condo!
Vista spettacolare sull'oceano, di 2 piani, condominio non-fumatori, ha più di 1200 sq interni. Ft. E 3 verande private. È perfetto per una famiglia o 2 coppie. Questo condominio Poipu Beach si trova in un parco lussureggiante che ricorda agli ospiti un giardino botanico tropicale.
Il nostro appartamento è arredato con un tema hawaiano, ma moderno Isola sentire. Una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i comfort, o nelle immediate vicinanze è la zona barbecue. Un 55 "TV in salotto con cavo e DVD, e WIFI gratuito in modo da poter rimanere in contatto. Master camera da letto ha una TV LCD a schermo piatto.

I Nihi Kai Villas sono a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, ma si trovano di fronte all'oceano. Ci sono campi da tennis, una piscina e aree per barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti.

Il ristorante del Poipu Shopping Village si trova a pochi passi di distanza per il cibo premiato.

Abbiamo contato 120 passi verso l'oceano dal nostro appartamento, e un po 'di più a Brennecke Beach.


Nei dintorni?

Nihi Kai 804 è situato a pochi passi dal mare, e Brennecke Beach è a pochi passi ulteriori. Si tratta di una grande spiaggia boogie boarding. Ancora pochi passi e si verrà a Poipu Beach. Poipu Beach è stato votato # 1 spiaggia negli Stati Uniti da Travel Channel. Offre nuoto, snorkeling, surf, boogie boarding, parco giochi, ristorante, gelateria, negozio di surf e una spiaggia bambino, tutti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi # 804.

Solo la strada è il Poipu Shopping Village, dove si trovano diversi negozi e alcuni ottimi ristoranti. Il martedì e il giovedì alle 05:00 c'è un grande spettacolo polinesiano nel cortile. Uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti è Keoki Paradiso, che ha una grande selezione di cibo. Il centro storico di Koloa è un paio di miglia lungo la strada, e offre uno sguardo caratteristico indietro nel tempo, ed è sede di negozi e molti ristoranti. Più in basso è stato parco Spouting Horn, e l'arboreto, che sono entrambi liberi di visitare.

Great location, tons of amenities, comfortable beds and living space, great kitchen. I would say closer to excellent and would def stay again. Owner is great and easy to deal with. Took one star off because of the bugs, gnats in bathroom and under kitchen sink but thats not the owners fault. Its the islands!! Wonderful time! Thank u!!!

The cottage was wonderful, high quality living space, two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Lani, off the living room was fantastic, with one of the best views of the sunset!We only contacted the host twice during our trip for advice and he was very timely and helpful.John & Jan

The Good: The location of the condo, the proximity to the beach and the breathtaking views of the ocean from the living room and deck, were nothing short of amazing! The check in process was easy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The Not So Good: The overall cleanliness of the condo. The deck seat cushions and the kitchen chair cushions were all stained/ dirty. The rugs in the bathrooms were dirty. The carpeting in the living room & down the stairs was stained/ dirty. The living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. The shower curtains in both bathrooms were molded. There were no instructions anywhere to operate anything. There was a laminated booklet in the kitchen with sightseeing info but no instructions. While all of this is probably pretty normal with a rental, its still disappointing when you choose a spectacular location to stay, and end up having to deal with these issues. The phone number for the property management company was not found until later in the week, it was on framed instructions 1/2 hidden behind the toaster in the kitchen. At this point, we had 2 days left to our vacation and didn't want to deal with the intrusion of property management for things that should have been done prior to our arrival. After our vacation, we did reach out to the host Steve to convey all of these issues & he was prompt and genuine in his response. Overall, this is a fantastic location. With some attention to details this could be the best place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo and appreciated how easy it was to walk to beach and restaurants and enjoy beautiful Poipu. We also were thrilled to have access to beach chairs, coffee and all the comforts of home!

The accommodation was exactly as described. The area is in a very well-kept, beautiful complex with wonderful plant life. The beaches are very close and offer good opportunities for boogie boarding and snorkeling. The apartment is very well equipped. We can absolutely recommend it.

Great location, close to beach! Unit was as described and had plenty of starter supplies. We spent early mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the gorgeous view. Quiet area, beautiful landscaping and had the pool to ourselves when the beach was crowded. Experienced a safety issue in the parking lot, onsite mgr addressed immediately. We would definitely stay again.

Just lovely! Perfect location, excellent home kitted out with all the essentials. My kids loved the spray toys for the pool. The views were just killer and we could walk to two beaches in minutes. Watching the turtles at night was so cool.

The property was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and we could see the ocean from the main lanai. The only note: we had one traveler with some mobility issues, and the stairs to the condo, and within the condo was a challenge. And the two bathrooms were on the floor with the two bedrooms, so a lot more stairs. The property host was very responsive and I would give it two big thumbs up. Near Poipu Beach - great parking and easy access. I'd go back.

The location of the property is ideal with amazing nightly sunsets. The beach is probably 1/4 mile and easily walkable but we drove due to all the gear we brought each day. Wonderful morning walks in any direction. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break from reality.

Two 65 yr-old grandparents, a 30-something year-old daughter, a 3 1/2 yr old grandson, and 9 mo-old grandaughter. Recipe for disaster? NO! This condo made all the difference. The unit was in the far back of Nihi Kai, with an elevated view of the grounds and a tight view of the breakers on Poipu Beach. Very quiet, and grounds were beautiful. We walked daily from the unit to Poipu beach (and passed Brennecke's Beach along the way) with the grandkids in a stroller. Did have to spend some of the walk on a local road, but traffic was sparse and most drivers were respectful of pedestrians. The unit has a large main floor (stairs to access) with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Ductless air conditioning heads on main floor and in both bedrooms worked well. No bathtub for small children, so be ready to improvise. Owner (Steve) was very responsive and great to work with. If we return to Kauai, we would certainly consider staying here again.

We walked to the beach every single day, multiple times per day. The condo is clean and the beds comfortable. The view is a little far off, and you can't hear the water, but we had rainbows every day! One day we got stuck in a rainstorm and had to turn back to the condo so we went swimming in the pool for a little bit until the rain passed. The pool was warm and clean. We liked this condo and grounds were pretty. The air conditioning worked well.

We loved our stay at Nihi Kai. The condo layout was amazing for us and our 14 month old daughter. The fact we only shared one wall with another unit made it a lot less stressful for us when she started crying in the middle of the night. The condo had a fabulous view of the ocean. The owner was very responsive to all communications. We had a phenomenal time and plan on coming back.

We had a great stay here! The location is fantastic…5 min walk to the beach, a couple of restaurants and where sea turtles come in to sleep. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas that were available. Everything was clean, and details were well-thought out. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Kauai. The condo interior was spacious and very comfortable. The condo was located in a beautiful community right across the street from the ocean and a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed seeing the sea turtles on the beach every night. Snorkeling at the beach was great.

Second visit to this property. It is spacious, clean, has all the amenities, and is a short walk to a great beach, Poipu Beach. The owner is extremely accommodating, with excellent communication, responds quickly to messages, and provides many helpful what to see and do suggestions. Check in information is clear and complete.
