  • It's all about the location, views, and our new remodeled unit! Located in building 7, one of the smaller buildings with only 6 condos, you are in the heart of this oceanfront resort and steps from the beach!

    Remodeled kitchen and bathroom, all new flooring throughout, new bedroom furniture, new living and dining room furniture, brand new 55" Smart TV, new art and accessories! All to be enjoyed with an amazing oceanview and AC!

    1bedroom/1 bath. Enjoy the privacy of a top floor corner unit that fronts the Kiahuna Beach and takes in the ocean views that are beyond the sweeping lawn. The perfect spot for romantic getaways or family trips!

    We have everything you need:

    - Brand new AC in living and bedroom
    - Brand new Cal king size bed
    - Brand new queen size living room sofa bed
    - high speed wireless internet
    - amazing unobstructed ocean view and view of "Kiahuna's Great Lawn"
    - 2nd floor corner unit with no one above for noise
    - Brand new 55" Smart TV in living room and 2nd TV in bedroom

    - complimentary access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club across the street with poolside bar, tennis, water slide, complete fitness center, various classes (ie. yoga), pickle ball, basketball, and casual restaurant.
    - coin operated washer and dryer on property short walk from unit
    - beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, and cooler. The Beach Hut has chairs and towels available to guests in addition to boogie boards, snorkling gear, etc. for rent. You can also book surfing lessons through them.

    Enjoy relaxing on your lanai with a full ocean view or walking down to Poipu Beach. Surfing, snorkling, and swimming are all steps away. Shopping and dining are just across the road.

This property is beautiful, well located, clean and the hosts are responsive and helpful. It The bonus of having a gym nearby was a bonus as well. We couldn't have found a more perfect location and place for our vacation. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kauai.

This apartment was perfect. Set is a beautifully landscaped resort, with gorgeous views across the lawn to the sea. Plenty of space and recently renovated to provide everything you need for a comfortable and easy stay. Smooth check-in/out and a towel change mid-stay. We loved it here and would highly recommend it. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment is lovely, great views and nicely updated. This is our fourth time staying at Kiahuna plantation and this was by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. The AC is a big plus though with the through breeze of the corner unit we just needed it occasionally at night. The cleaning services provided during our two week stay were also very nice.

This unit was incredible. It has fantastic ocean views, is very clean and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed for our stay and more. Both my husband and I slept well and felt that the mattress was very comfortable. The check in and check out process were easy and quick with an onsite management company. Unit owner Deena was very communicative and nice to work with. She texted us on our first day to make sure we had gotten settled. When she learned that the beach umbrella provided was not in working order, she had a replacement delivered to the unit the next day! We will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you Deena!

The condo has the best of everything. We enjoyed every minute and Deena was amazing — kind, responsive, and considerate. Hands down the best place to stay on the South.

Hostess was extremely responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and exactly as described with lots of extra amenities like beach chairs, a cooler & boogie boards. The condo is in an awesome location with a beautiful view down a grand lawn to the beach.

Fabulous location!

Thank you for letting us stay in "your home away from home". The location was just beautiful and our stay was amazing! This condo was beautifully decorated and we appreciated the upgraded kitchen!! We loved the relaxing ocean view.
