The place was spotless and well appointed. Everything was well thought out. Air conditioning in the bedroom and loft were effective. Fans and windows open were great. Road noise didn’t bother us with the fans on. The pool and beaches were great for kids and easy to access. They had a wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, and coolers which elevated the beach experience.

Loved all the detail items that really help us on vacation: beach chairs and boogie boards, blenders and even the squatty potty. Had a blast and enjoyed ourselves. Only thing we didn’t love was the tennis courts charging us money to play each time was annoying. since it’s right next to the condo, feel that it should be included with staying there.

El apartamento es muy confortable y está muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas perfectas vacaciones.Se accede a la playa caminando directamente desde el recinto. El apartamento dispone de todos los accesorios de playa como sillas y sombrillas.Mencionar que uno de los dos dormitorios se encuentra en la planta superior, con un acceso por escalera de caracol muy estrecha, no apta para personas con movilidad limitada. Él complejo donde se encuentra el apartamento cuenta con piscinas y jardines preciosos y está muy cuidado. Dentro del recinto, el apartamento está ubicado justo al lado de la carretera, por lo que se escucha el ruido del tráfico con las ventanas abiertas.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Check in was the easiest and they got us in a little earlier, which isn’t particularly a guarantee, but was a nice surprise. The home was everything the pictures made it out to be and better. The kitchen was SO well stocked. I mean, there’s not one thing missing that you would need to cook any dish, which was such a bonus. Our daughter loved the loft and we all slept so well. The proximity to the pool and beach is great, and sitting out on the Lanai for morning coffee was a highlight as well. Also, anything and everything you need for the beach? They’ve got it. Another perk was that the entire property is very family friendly. Our daughter met a lovely friend who we now keep in touch with! Turtles, turtles, turtles. Magical. Poipu will not disappoint if you desire to see these amazing animals! Front row seat everyday. We visited Maui first, and had an excellent time, but Kauai stole our hearts and when we return, we would absolutely book this property again! Thank you for such a lovely stay!
We chose this area as it’s pretty centrally located. Quick to get to our excursions. But def drive to the north shore as well.
Poipu beach.
Snorkeling at Poipu is also great. Easy for kids!

Ideal Location

This condo is a short walk to Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach as well as some great restaurants. The pool was perfect for times when the beach wasn’t in the cards. The unit was well stocked and the property managers were helpful and super responsive.

Great location & well equipped condo, lots of road noise.

This condo is clean and well located. We loved the 5 min walk (on a path) to the beach. The condo is very well equipped and tastefully decorated.In the down side:The bedroom is very close to a busy road, it was too loud to leave the door or windows open to allow airflow.It is managed by a separate,vacation rental company from VRBO that requires you to sign a different contract and RREQUIRED that I text my driver’s license to them- threatening to cancel my reservation.( I find this a real privacy issue.) The secondary management company was very organized and attentive, contacted us every day we stayed.

Beautiful Condo in serene setting

This condo is the most tastefully, beautifully decorated condo that we have stayed in. Checking in was seamless, with easy to understand instructions. It's location is convenient for walking to the beach and some restaurants, There are beach accessories (in very good condition) for use at the beach. We enjoyed the solitude and beautiful garden view. It is comfortable and kitchen well stocked. There is a flight of stairs, after entering the unit. The AC in the bedroom is excellent. There is no AC in the living room/kitchen. That area was quite warm for a few hours in the afternoon.. We did not use the loft with 2 twin beds. It is really for children and adults with no mobility issues. We had an issue with the internet , and it was fixed promptly. Management was very responsive.

We found the property to well located, clean, and easy access to all your needs, the unit it self is well stocked with gadgets, it does have stairs to access living areas, no AC but in the master so unfortunately it made the third level loft bedroom unusable for sleep, we purchased an air mattress for our stay, with that said we truly enjoyed our stay, with a close proximity to the pool, local bar/grill, and easy path to the ocean, that is a sort walk to the nightly arrival of sea turtles, we did not spend much time on poipu beaches during the day, we did enjoy them for early morning walks when they were less crowded. This unit did as we wished gave us an area to launch from to explore the different parts of the island which also is host to so many different wonderful beaches with their own unique personalities would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone.

Great location, Cozy comfortable home

Super comfortable and perfect size for family of 4. Location is amazing. Walking distance to beaches. Is close to street, but did have noise issues at all. Air conditioning in main bedroom was very good. Circular stairway to loft is narrow, so just good to know depending on who is staying here - it was fine for my grown children. Kitchen was fully functional. An outdoor lounge chair and table were damaged, but still usable for the most part. Sounds like they plan to replace it. Management team was responsive and accommodating. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Read the small print

This condo was absolutely adorable, well stocked, and great location. Unfortunately, the list of amenities shows that it is air conditioned, but it is actually only the primary bedroom that has a (very good) air conditioner. The rest of the tri-level home is roasting hot and humid. There are a couple fans, but the two twin bed are on the third level and it was terribly hot up there. One of our kids had to sleep on our floor and one was sweating out on the pull out couch on the second floor. After one night we asked to be moved and they found us another very nice unit that was bigger, fully air conditioned, and closer to the beach. Overall, we were grateful to this property management company for accommodating us, but we were annoyed to have to pack up and move again. Wish the listing was more clear about how the whole condo was not able to be cooled.

A Little Piece of Paradise

We loved our stay here! Perfect for our family of four, every little detail was thought of from the presentation at check in, beautifully decorated, beach towels, beach chairs, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, fully stocked kitchen.... Location was great and pool/hot tub was very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Amazing condo!

This was an amazing condo to stay in! The location was ideal. We could easily walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches within a couple of minutes. The pool and hot tub were right around the corner and has an outdoor shower to get the sand off. We could see the ocean from our unit and lanai. It worked great to have our 2 kids in the upstairs loft with twin beds and my husband and I loved the spacious bedroom with king sized bed. The area is quiet and clean. The unit is near the road but there was very minimal road noise and it didn’t bother us at all. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and cookware. We loved having the washer and dryer! We actually couldn’t imagine a better condo and location. We had a wonderful time. If we are ever fortunate enough to come to Kaua’i again, this is the only place I would want to stay! It was incredible.

Fantastic property in Poipu

The unit is updated and very clean. It has everything we needed, including beach chairs, boogie board, coolers, and a foldable wagon. Master bedroom has AC. Unit has a full kitchen with large fridge and freezer--includes everything you need to cook a full meal. Gas grills are just outside. The balcony is a beautiful place to hang out and listen to the live music next door (not loud, just background music, usually done at 8 pm). The pool just next door and was warm and very clean. Same with the hot tub. One of the best VRBO's we have ever rented. Will definitely be back!

cozy spot in a nice location

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. We were really happy except for one major thing: AC is only in the master bedroom. By midafternoon, the rest of the place was like a sauna. There are many doors, windows, and fans for good air flow, but it still felt like 100 degrees. One day when it rained and never got into the 80's, it was actually quite comfortable all day. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay.

Great experience!

Everything about booking and staying here was an absolute breeze! Communication from the Parrish Collective was prompt, informative, gave pre-trip info, checked-in multiple times while we were there, and made check-out a breeze as well. Was particularly impressed that they responded almost immediately to any and all inquiries made over text (easier when had an international phone number) and also was able to bring me a new hair dryer (within about 14 hours) when the one in the unit was working! The place itself was huge, lots of ceiilng fans and open (screened) windows to keep adequately cool. Biig room had an AC unit which my friends didn't even need to use- the breeze was enough! The place is a 8-10 min walk to the beach along a really pretty trail between resorts, and just on poipu highway, so it can be noisy at night. I slept with white noise on so the traffic didn't bother me at all. Very central location to most things with a car. Would definitely book this place again, and particularly with the Parrish Colelctive (the company who runs it) again! Thanks for a great stay. Mahalo!

Overall nice.

Overall this was a nice condo. Well equipped. Nice furniture very comfortable beds and bedding. Was strange that there was not chairs around the outdoor dining table. This condo was clean. But it’s tired. Kitchen and bathroom are ready for updates. This condo is by a busy road it can get loud. The condo was right by the pool and a very easy walk to the beach.

A clean condo in a great location. Two balconies. Beautiful surroundings. Huge televisions. Just a wonderful place to stay on Kauai.

This vacation home was a perfect getaway for a mother-son Kauai trip to Poipu. Great location! Very convenient to the beach and restaurants.

Unit is next to the road

This unit was okay, but it has a couple of shortcomings. It's right next to Poipu Road (literally) and the traffic noise can be unpleasant. Also, the lanai has no cover, and the table on it has no umbrella, so you can't avoid the sun after about 10:30am. We didn't use the twin beds in the loft, but some might find the very tight spiral staircase to get to them a nuisance. On the plus side, the unit is right next to the pool, and it covers the basics very well.
