“Avevano oltre la nostra prenotazione di una notte un’altra prenotazione di 2 notti per altri ospiti. Abbiamo fatto il check in per primi e ci hanno assegnato le camere. Dopo 5 minuti sono arrivati gli altri ospiti e hanno verificato che la nostra prenotazione non l’avevano registrare cui ci hanno spostato in una camera usata da loro senza alcun servizio e totalmente diversa da quella prenotata. Il proprietario è stato contattato e non se ne è interessato. Uno schifo!”
