“I feel bad leaving such a negative review because the staff was very helpful and very kind. This is a non-smoking property, but my room smelled like I was inside of a cigarette. “早めに着いたがチェックインさせてもらえた。 1人では十分すぎるほど広い部屋で快適に過ごせた。 水回りも広く、バスタブが大きすぎてお湯をためるのに時間がかかったほど。 トイレと手洗い場がちょっと離れているのが不便と言えば不便だが、快適さのが上回っていた。 フロントのアジョシも笑顔で対応してくれた。 地下鉄駅が近いし街の治安も良い。ホテルの正面は、すぐ横が夜の店なので入りにくいかもしれないが、裏の駐車場から入れば問題なかった。”

“The room had the appearance of being clean but upon further inspection, it definitely was just appearance. The bathtub had hairs in it, as well as some hair and lipstick stains on the sheets. There was also used contact lenses on the bathroom counter. The woman that works there is extremely nice and helpful.”

“スタッフの方が皆さんとても親切でした。足りないタオル等も言うとすぐに対応してくださりました。水圧もよく、水回りもベッド回りも綺麗でした。フロントに人がいない時間がありますが、館内の清掃をしているようでした。周辺は飲食店も多く滞在しやすいです。また機会があれば利用したいです。”

“高陽スタジアムのライブのために２泊しました。いつもはハイクラスのホテルに泊まるので、視点が細かいかもしれませんが、マイナス点から書きます。 電気プラグの汚れが気になりましたし、傷だらけのテーブルはむしろ無い方が良かったかもしれません。シャワーの水圧がちょっと弱くて、温度調整も少し難しく感じました。 ですが、プラスの面がたくさんあります！とにかく立地が良く、受付の方はとても親切でした。大化駅と仁川空港リムジンバスの停留所から徒歩1分以内、高陽スタジアムからも徒歩3分程度、間近に複数のコンビニ、olive youngもあるし、お一人様OKのレストランやカフェが沢山。 エアコンが確認できませんでしたが、電気毛布があって、綺麗なシーツで最高に気持ち良く睡眠がとれました。 高陽スタジアムのライブのためのホテルとして、おひとり様にもおすすめです！”

“チェックインアウトがセルフになる事を予約前に知らせるべきかと思います。 4万近い値段を取るのに、セルフにするとは値段に見合わないサービスだと思います。 一階のグロウスターホテルのレセプションに聞いて、居室の一室がレセプションと教えられたので、すぐに向かいましたが、その部屋には誰もおらず30分間待ちました。 それで、エクスペディアを通して苦情メールしたら、係の方が慌てて飛んできました。 対応してくださった方が親切だったので、不快感は和らぎましたが、値段不相応なサービスだと思いました。 ”

“近くでイベントの際は便利です。 高陽総合運動競技場でのイベントのため、4/11-13の2泊3日利用しました。 ◾️よかった点 •イベント会場や最寄り駅まで近く、コンビニも近くにあり便利でした。 •部屋は広く快適でした。 •電気ポットがあり、冷蔵庫には500mlの水2本ありました。 •丸テーブル1つと椅子に2脚、奥行50cm程の広めの台がありました。広めの台の上で、スーツケースを完全に広げておけたのでよかったです。 •バスタブ無しでシャワーのみ。シャワーと洗面台とトイレは1つのスペースにありました。シャワーと洗面台やトイレの間に仕切りはありませんでしたが、かなりゆとりをもって設置されていたので、シャワーが多少周りに飛んでも便座までびしょ濡れにはならなかったですが、便座の方の床までシャワーの水は流れていきます。ただ換気が強力なようで、一晩すればすっかり乾いてました。シャワー室用のゴム製サンダルがありました。 •トイレはウォシュレット機能無し。トイレットペーパーは水に流せるタイプのようでした。...

Waited almost 30 minutes for an elevator that had room but it seemed like there were a lot of tour groups so it could have just been due to the groups and Buddha’s birthday. The view and local restaurants were worth every penny I would stay here again.”
