“NO airport shuttle. They called an Uber for us. They failed to give us our breakfast vouchers for prepaid breakfast. After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by...

“Airport shuttle was handy and staff was willing to help ”

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“The room was very clean however, some of the stuff looked like it needed to be updated, the staff for the front desk were very nice and professional, when it came down to breakfast, it was very good quality and had lot of options.”

“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

“The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant.”

“The hotel felt brand new. It was modern, well designed and spotless. So comfortable. The parking was wonderfully convenient. The restaurants were absolutely delicious - like absolutely delicious for breakfast (Iron Rooster) and the steak house was YUMM. I had the prime rib and it was perfection. ”
