“Desk Clerk at 1:30am during check in was not very friendly or helpful. We asked for a luggage cart, he told us there were none available. When we went to elevator dragging our luggage there were 2 luggage cart sitting in the elevator area. Very poor service, did not move from the desk, was constantly staring at cell phone.”

“Situato lungo il fiume dove il pomeriggio o la sera è piacevole passeggiare. Camere ampie, buona colazione. Nulla da eccepire. Ovviamente il prezzo influisce sul giudizio. Se si trova una camera intorno ai 180 euro li vale tutti (fino a 200).”

“I'm sure at some point, this hotel was very nice, however, it is now mediocre at best. I will say that I mistook this location to be a 4 star, which is my mistake, as I was reciewing many options prior to booking. The hotel is very dated and could use some upgrading. The amenities are lacking and the stated available services are not true. For instance, they advertised that room service is available, but when I called I was told that room service was "not working." Moreover, the phones don't...

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”
