“Overpriced stayed for what was offered. We were forced to stay in the airport because of a conference. The room was not clean, basics commodity offered. Once I asked to replace the towel on a 5night stay they even forgot to replace the shower carpet and one towel. I asked the reception and they never brought the little shower carpet to the room. “hotel datato, la stanza sottotetto dove sono stato sistemato - double superior era piccolina, con la moquette (!!!!!!), uno dei termosifoni non funzionava e non ha mai funzionato, nel bagno si sentiva un odore pessimo. avvertito il personale ha mandato la cameriera a pulire il bagno con prodotti chimici che hanno - addirittura - peggiorato la situazione. la prossima volta andrò da un'altra parte......... ”

“Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. Das waren für uns die positiven Punkte. Allerdings wirkte das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es gab zwar eine Minibar, die Getränke waren jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung...

“A poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione centrale di Rotterdam, vicino al centro, fermata del tram di fronte. La struttura si presenta bene, il personale è professionale, la colazione buona. Ottima base per visitare Rotterdam e dintorni. Consigliabile.”
