The Ocean Breeze Suite is a cozy and brand new suite located in the heart of Kos town center, just a short walk from the beach. This fully equipped suite offers a comfortable and modern living space for up to two guests.

The suite features an open-plan living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. The sofa bed can easily be converted into a bed to accommodate two guests. The living room also has large windows that let in plenty of natural light, providing a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen is small but functional, with all the amenities you need to cook a delicious meal, including a fridge, oven, stovetop, and a washing machine. There is also a dining area with a dining table and two chairs, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee.

The modern bathroom is designed to a high standard and features a spacious shower, a toilet, and a sink. The bathroom also comes with clean towels, shampoo, and shower gel, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The Ocean Breeze Suite is decorated in a nature-inspired style with white and brown details, featuring paintings on the walls and clean vibes. The style is inspired by the Scandinavian design, giving the space a modern and minimalist feel. The suite is also equipped with air conditioning, ensuring that you stay comfortable during your stay.

Please note that the Ocean Breeze Suite is located in the backyard of a house that is occupied.

The city center, the port, nearby beaches as well as historical monuments, the movement can be done on foot. For transportation to the villages or to the airport there are bus stops and a taxi rank nearby. Alternatively, you can rent a car, motorbike or bicycle.

Quiet Hours 23.00-08.00 and 15.00-17.30.
Please respect the building and the other neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours which are from 11 pm to 8 am and 2 pm to 5 pm. We kindly ask that you refrain from playing loud music or engaging in any activities that may disturb other residents of the building or the neighborhood.

Please treat the apartment with care and respect. Any damages or breakages that occur during your stay will be your responsibility to repair or replace. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required after their stay.

Please do not bring any additional guests to the apartment without prior approval. We have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests, and we ask that you respect this limit for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Finally, please ensure that you lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment and that you turn off all lights and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.
