Hamilton - Sohoros is designed as a single architectural building centered around a magnificent outdoor lifestyle. Following the traditional Aegean style, all rooms are self-contained with their own independent private entrances opening directly onto the shared veranda. There are no internal hallways connecting the rooms, and there is no indoor living room. This layout offers exceptional privacy for families or groups of friends!

Kitchenette: Compact but mighty! A rustic-chic, fully equipped kitchenette wrapped in inviting earthy tones, perfect for preparing your breakfast and vacation meals.

Main Bathroom: Modern comfort blended with traditional Greek textures, featuring a refreshing walk-in shower.

2. THE MASTER SUITE
A cozy, private bedroom retreat featuring a double bed, textured linens, striking nautical artwork, and a peaceful ambiance.

3. THE RUSTIC MEZZANINE SUITE
An independent, spacious family bedroom layout.

House Rules

• No parties, events, gatherings, or visitors that are not included in the reservation. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–08:00, as required by local regulations. Respect for neighbors is mandatory.
• The property is strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace with the door closed. Any smell or evidence of smoking inside will result in a professional deodorization charge.
• Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
• The maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests stated in the reservation. Extra guests are not permitted.
• Check-in and check-out times must be respected. Late check-out or early check-in without approval may result in additional charges.
• Please treat the property and equipment with care. Any damage, stains, or missing items will be charged accordingly.
• Trash must be disposed of properly before check-out. Leaving excessive garbage inside the apartment may result in an extra cleaning fee.
• Towels and linens are for indoor use only and must not be taken to the beach.
• Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.

Failure to follow the house rules may result in penalties, additional charges, or immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
