“It’s a very good hotel, however we only found out at the hotel, that the spa cost extra”

“We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne ”

“Wir hatten einen kurzen, aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück überzeugte uns allemal. Es gab verschiedene Brötchen, Brot, sehr gutes Rührei mit Speck. Verschiedene Käse und Wurstsorten. Kaffee aus dem Automaten. Abends kann man wunderbar im Hotelrestaurant essen. Sehr gut und preiswert. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem ist das Parken kostenlos, Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Wir empfehlen das...

“Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend ”

“Super schöne Anlage, mitten im Grünen und doch sehr nach an Karlovy Vary. Sehr ruhig Pool ist sehr sauber und modern Zimmer sehr schön, groß und sauber, die Nachbarn hört man kaum. ”

Close to thé forest And thé city Is a nice walk, you van use thé bus, it stops right in front of the hotel. If you are out od accommodation all day, an overnight starý Is great.”

“The stay was really amazing, helpful and friendly staff! I would double check the bed when travelling with kids (no need for a cot for almost 5-year old), adding regular milk for room coffee and it’s perfect :)”

“Traurig, dass wir 30 Minuten auf Brötchen warten mussten. Wir sind oft in Tschechien, aber so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. 4 Sterne finden wir, ist hierfür nicht angebracht. ”

“Einfaches Hotel, sauber und in phantastischer Lage. Das Frühstück gab es im nahe gelegenen Hotel „Salvator“, als Buffet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schnelle und reibungslose Kommunikation per WhatsApp auf Deutsch. Sowohl alle Erläuterungen zum Check-in wie auch Nachfragen zum Parken wurden schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Danke!”
