“This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave”

“Excellent hotel and very good restaurant. Reception service/lady very strange, ‘’wow you are coming too early (11:00)’’. The lady was aware that our room is not ready even before finding our reservation… 😀 or she is having cristal ball or the instructions are to not allow guest to check in before certain hour. The hotel was empty. I really do not understand that… in every normal nice hotel are more than happy to make you accomodate in the moment that you arrived. She called us 40 minutes later...

The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly.”

“Bell’albergo, posizione ottima, ma il personale andrebbe riformato o cambiato - niente inglese, scortesia. Al ristorante punto DOLENTE. Cibo senza indicazioni di ingredienti - io intollerante al lattosio e vegetariana non capivo che cosa fossero i piatti, alla domanda cosa fosse - mi ricevevo un “Non lo so”. Al ristorante ci hanno trattato diverse volte come persone non grate o come se volessimo scappare. Niente saluto al ricevimento, neanche ricambiato. 5 stelle indicato è solo per bellezza”

“Хотелът е на добро ниво лаго обслужване, СПА зоната е отлична, услугите й също. Навсякъде е чисто, включително и басейните. Ресторантът е също на много добро ниво. Трябва да се обнови мебелировката в стаите и да се предостави повече комфорт, матраците също за смяна. ”

“The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it ”

“The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). The only thing we were disappointed was food, we didn't manage to have dinner as we had planned. The hotel...
