“Great stay at Chill Suites. Checkin went smoothly and quickly. Staff were on hand via watsapp if needed. Room was very clean when we arrived and cleaned thoroughly on request. Air conditioning worked well. Great location for Jalan Alor street, LaLaport mall and Berjaya Times Square a 10mins walk. Hang Tua station lees than 10 mins away and is the nearest station. ”

“I am really fussy with my accommodations and I was surprisingly very pleased in every aspect.
The apartment was clean in every way. The kitchen was spot less. The fridge was as if it was new, the kettle had no sigh of any lime scale and the washing machine & dryer was a life saver.
The shower was amazing, the bed was so comfortable aswell as the pillows.
The staff were smiles all round.
I wish all could take note and learn a lesson or two from the staff & standards here in Kuala Lumpur ”

“1. Rooms: lots of them have no windows - this is something you never expect in a 4-star hotel; to be frank, it is written in the room description, but very small and very hard to read.
2. Lifts: the two small lifts cannot cope with the rush hours; waiting for 5-mins is normal.
3. Lobby: there are no seats; no way to sit down while waiting for a cab.
4 Cleanness: they never hoover the corners and behind the doors; mold stains in the shower.
