“The couple running the place were helpful with any requests such as towels etc. The room itself is very small with an air conditioning unit that is set to arctic with no ability to change the temperature, the shower has no closure so the small bathroom is wet and the floor gets dirty very easily with no way to clean it (possibly may have been dirty to start with) Location is great, right next to the main street”

“The shower was hot with great pressure. The bed was comfortable. Everything very clean. The spa bath was amazing. Only a couple of things negative. There was nowhere to hang my dress. No hooks or hanging rail. The pillows were a bit lumpy so I suggest byo pillow. Also we couldnt sign into our netflix becauae it said the device was only compatible with premium and we don't have premium. So only had normal tv to watch. Everything else was great.”

“The room was really clean and modern. Great Smart TV with all the Apps like Netflix, YouTube etc Had a good little fridge and a microwave (I was surprised how many didn’t) . Really big shower with great pressure, so I felt washed ! Close to the Taree Service Centre as in 5 min drive. Beautiful rural setting, so quiet. This place was a real gem really close to the M1. I found myself another great motel between Sydney and Brisbane, well worth the stop.”

“This motel is slightly renovated and is cheap however it was very noisy especially early morning as trucks run behind the premises and the bed was like sleeping on concrete. Definitely only worth the cheap rate we paid wouldn’t stay there again even though location was close to shops ”

“Filthy and completely unacceptable. Do not stay here. This place looks nothing like the photos. I understand older style motels, but there's no excuse for the level of filth here, old can still be clean, and this absolutely wasn't. The room clearly hasn't had a proper clean in a long time. There was heavy build up of grime and dust around the base of the toilet, and the shower hadn't been cleaned at all, hair throughout the recess and visible grime in the grout. “The room was great, very spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was excellent (had lunch and breakfast twice). Easy parking. Walking trail nearby and excellent swimming at the beach opposite. ”

“The bed was very u comfortable, the mattress springs were poking into the body on side of the bed. We had one night stay as a journey stopover for sleep, I could sleep at all. Also there were only 2 plate and 2 cups and we were 3 of us. ”
