“La habitacion estaba bien, esperaba mas, no me limpiaron la habitacion tuve que sacar yo la basura La señora del mostrador con un trato muy frio El Check inn y check out fue rapido El Bar lo cierran muy temprano Todo el lobby muy bonito El Hotel estaba limpio, a la habitacion le falto limpieza No me ofrecieron galletas como lo han hecho en otros double tree En general estuvo igual que en otros hoteles, esoeraba mas ”

“This is a very cute property within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the noise - branches on roof all night, early morning dumpster service, followed by lawn service. ”

“Parking was adequate and well lit. We were arriving late and front desk reached out to make sure everything was ok! We had prepaid for our room to our arrival, thats what I call service!”

“My stay in Boerne started with an incorrect booking that (at the beginning) the manager didn't want to change or refund. After my email to the Best Western Customer Care everything is solved. When I met the manager (after a month) he was very kind. So, good stay in Boerne... ”

“We stayed 2 nights. The AC in the room was very loud, carpet and floor didn't seem like they were swept/vacuumed. The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken. We were woken up at 6 by the fire alarm because something had burned in the kitchen. We asked for clean towels one morning and never got them. We have stayed here before and it seems like the hotel isn't kept as well as it used to be. The pool was the best part of our stay.”
