Villa Istra Panorama II - New with a large, heated private pool

The newly built Villa Istra Panorama II is located in the beautiful Istrian countryside, just about 10 minutes from the sea and across from Učka National Park.<br><br>The house is divided into three sleeping areas, each with its own en-suite bathroom. From the master bedroom, you have access to a spacious balcony overlooking the pool, Mount Učka / Učka National Park, and the beautiful natural surroundings right in front of the house. An 11-meter-long infinity pool and a pool house round out the amenities. The pool house offers you the chance to relax on the couch, watch satellite TV, play foosball, or simply enjoy the sun in the shade. There is also a private restroom here. An outdoor ping-pong table can be used either in the open air or in the shade of the garage. The outdoor shower has hot water available at all times, and the infinity pool is heated with a heat pump during the early and late seasons. In the living-dining room, you can grab chilled water and ice from the side-by-side refrigerator to better enjoy the warmth by the pool. A large gas grill is always ready to go for a lovely evening of grilling. Relaxation is the most important thing here for you, your family, and your friends.
