Mediocre
Hotel in una posizione un po' defilata e scomodo per raggiungere i principali punti di attrazione. Il check in è stato veloce, ma la camera è molto piccola e male arredata (il letto matrimoniale è accessibile solo da un lato. Dall'altro è contro il nuro). La colazione è varia ed abbondante la pulizia un po' da rivedere.

Buona posizione
L'albergo è un po' vecchiotto e la colazione non ha molta scelta. La camera però era arredata in modo semplice, pulita e ordinata. La posizione è buona perché vicinissima al centro. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e l'esperienza è stata comunque positiva.

Room is clean and well maintained. Staff, from front desk to housekeeping are friendly and helpful. Price is decent. Location is in the city but without the hustle and bustle of traffic...could be the Covid 19...Would certainly recommend friends this place.

unable to get a king bed last min , bedsheet was spotted with black inks and stains , makeup room wasnt properly done . and the free parking wasnt properly advised , ended up with ticket fine . ;(

The location is good & counter staffs are friendly. The apartment we stayed is very dated. The toilet is infested with houseflies, we killed about 50 houseflies during our 2 days stay there.

Dejligt hotel, i centrum af byen tæt ved park floden.. super service. Lækkert mad i restauranten. Som flere gange har vundet for malaysisk bedste restaurant. Glade og venlige personale hele vejen rundt.

Nice location but old and tired
The building is getting old and tired but I can’t fault the location. The staff was friendly but the apartment needs to improve on its noise insulation. You could hear the neighbor clearly and the noise from the karaoke nearby on a Friday night was just horrible.

Stayed there for 3 nights. Room size was OK. Condition was normal but can be better. Have to take a lift to level 4 to reception and then another lift to the room. More like an apartment than hotel. I would say it's a simple and affordable stay. Don't expect too much or you'll be disappointed.

Overall ok
Strategic place but difficult to park car and not safety to park car at parking place for whole night. No Internet in room, I requested when I booked the room, but arrived there with disappointment , only can online at lobby. Swimming pool n bedroom I give 4stars.

Nice hotel with brilliant view and po
Checkin was smooth and friendly. We got a very nice sized room and decent bed, but with a brilliant view. Hotel also has pool with a great view. Gym is very worn out and almost useless. They don't open this area until 9am, very late. We told them this. Breakfast was nice and cheap, family is there and they are very friendly and helpful.

Reasonable
The building, corridor and room were all in desperate need for removation, especially the bathroom. I only got two bath towels and I had to ask to have them changed after a couple of days. The hotel is not environmentally friendly. The aircon was always on even if I turned it off on my way out, it got turned back on when I was away. The bathroom was moudy. It was not a four stars. For the price I guest one should not ask for too mcuh. It is very close to Pullman and Hilton and is walking distance to a few good local restuarants and the river front. The staff were friendly and very helpful otherwise. Wifi was very slow

A nice stay.
The hotel was in a good location only 10 minutes walk to the river where you will find all the action. The rooms and bathroom was clean and the beds and linens comfortable though the pillows were a bit thick and hard which made sleeping difficult but when I asked for a softer pillow they managed to find a couple. Alround the hotel was a good stay and we came away from Kuching feeling relaxed.

市街地にあるレジデンスタイプのホテル。部屋も広く、設備も新しい。屋上にはプールもある。希望すれば朝食も有料で取れる。ただし周辺には飲食店も多いので、朝昼晩とも手軽に外食できる。難点は夜遅く到着した時。入り口閉まってしまい、裏口から出入りするのだが、初めてだとその場所がなかなか分からない点だ。深夜の到着に対する配慮をもう少し考えて欲しい。(JO)

Difficult to locate hotel reception.
I booked 2 rooms for my stay from 8 to 10 September. As our flight arrived late in the night, upon arrival at the building we could not locate the reception of the hotel as the hotel's reception is located on the 4th level and also that as the building also include offices, the main lift lobby area was locked and we could get in. We went round the building and located another lift lobby area. There were no signs indicating the hotel reception. At checking in, we were surprised that the 2 rooms we booked had king size bed when at the time of booking some 1.5 months ago, I requested for 1 room with a king bed and the other room to have 2 single beds. The receptionist explained that the change was instructed by management. I would have preferred that the hotel sent me an earlier notification of being unable to fulfill our bed preferences. Otherwise stay at hotel was good but the hotel looks dated and the corrider leading to the rooms smelt of stale dampness. It is centrally located and within 3 minutes of walking to Jln Padungan.

We have travelled extensively. Massive let down. Room and hotel smelt terrible of mould and smoke. Facilities were dirty with excessive mould in wet areas, stench in rooms. Bins in lobbys were overflowing the whole stay, evrywhere was grubby. Breakfast was very basic. We left after 2 nights and moved to the Pullman.

Good hotel near to Pullman or Hilton in Kuching
Internet connection was poor. Was only able to connect to the network on the first night there, subsequently, failed to connect despite trobleshooting my device. Staff assured me that they will inform the network provider regarding the issue and recommended me to connect to other floor networks, but I was still unable to connect to those using my laptop and mobile phone. Nevertheless, it is a reasonably-priced hotel located within the vicinity of the likes of Pullman (50 metres away) and Hilton. Room (4/5) - comfortable bed, balcony was available, air-conditioning was in working order and hot shower was available at all time. Staffs were friendly, approachable and helpful. Checkout was fast - only needed to pass them my keys and that was it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel (service apartment) for stay, if you would not mind staying without internet connection. A good alternative if you are heading down to Kuching for a conference, etc. held at Pullman/Hilton and would like to spend less for a similar quality accommodation. (Hopefully the administrators will have sorted this issue out by the time you see this review)

The poor image is they do no have parking. If you stay on weekday. High chance to get Saman . As it is public goverment parking area. Breakfast choice is extremely less. If you want book it, please select no breakfast, save the money to go outside eat.

Dated and in need of maintenance
We stayed in a Superior King Room at Ariva when we were stopping by Kuching for a night. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, check in was quick. However, that's about where the positives end. The hotel is very dated - it looked like it could have been a decent hotel years ago, but it is now just a very old place with a shaky lift, sinking beds, loose and leaking taps and stained carpets. Shower pressure was great and we were able to check in early (around 10am) and check out late (1pm) at no extra charge, so these were plus points. However, all things considered, we wouldn't recommend this hotel for its price.

It was a good stay. The room is provided with all the necessarry amenities, and even with in-room laundry! Shopping mall, food stalls/restaurants are just nearby. Only airconds are just quite a drawback: old and not functioning properly sometimes. Breakfast is decent.

Good Value
We stayed for a 4 nights at Ariva Residence for leisure. Upon check-in, the staff greeted us and check-in process was quick n simple. Our room was very spacious for the price that we pay. The hotel offered a parking card which was complimentary with a deposit of RM 100 (refundable). Definately a benefit! We had an issue with the next door guest. They are very noisy during the night. We complained to the Reception and they arranged for a room change that day. Bfast is very basic. But, we dont mind becoz it was cozy area.And, plenty of choices nearby. Spoke to one of the Housekeeping lady, level 10, (cant remember her name). Good communication and showed interest in guest needs. Overall, am quite happy.

Improvement required for this residence.
Upkeep of the residence is not up to the standard. Rooms should be refurbished. Bed sheets, comforters are not clean and have stain. Came across bed buds in the room. Sofa is not clean. Cloth dryer is not functioning. Overall rating for the residence is not satisfactory.
