“Solid place. Location is perfect, very close to Barmbek, which is an extremely useful station for Underground and S-Bahn (city train) between airport and city center. It connects very well to most of Hamburg. There are many food and shopping possibilities around. It's not exactly a classy neighbourhood but it's OK and safe as far as I know. Room and breakfast are good for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Storage space and breakfast options are somewhat limited but OK at this level....

“Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment Hotel sehr unzufrieden. Ein entscheidender Buchungsgrund für mich war die angeblich vorhandene Klimaanlage. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass entweder keine funktionierende Klimaanlage existiert oder sie schlicht nicht genutzt wird. In meinem Zimmer herrschten Temperaturen von rund 29 °C – von einem klimatisierten Raum kann hier absolut keine Rede sein. Selbst mit einem zusätzlich gekauften Ventilator war die Hitze kaum auszuhalten. An...

“Geen personeel om in te checken dus sleutel uit sleutelbox halen, rooklucht op kamer, volle asbak op balkon, afgescheurde niet storen hanger, gevaarlijk gladde hoge douchebak, wel goedkoop overnachten en kunnen wel 3 op 1 kamer en een balkon, maar dus ook weinig kwaliteit”

“Accès difficile à l'hébergement en arrivant la nuit. Dans l'hébergement, l'accès aux toilettes en commun étaient une catastrophe car le voisin a oublié de déverrouiller les toilettes avant de dormir. Heureusement, la propreté était à la hauteur.”

“Kein klassisches Hotel, sondern eine schönes Apartment. Wurde vor kurzem scheinbar erst eröffnet und ist in einem sehr guten und neuen Zustand. Die Zimmer waren nicht ganz wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, eine Couch zum sitzen gab es beispielsweise nicht. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer in einer guten und ruhigen Lage mit verschiedenen Möglichkeiten und einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden. ”
