“Einchecken hat online super geklappt, genauso wie das codieren der Zimmerkarte. Mit der App und einem iPhone liess sich die Zimmertür jedoch nicht, wie in der App beschrieben, öffnen. Wenn man gern Ansprechpartner an einer Rezeption hat, sollte das Hotel nicht wählen. Angeblich gab es Sprechzeiten der Mitarbeiter, wir waren zu den Zeiten jedoch immer unterwegs. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet, die Dusche ist bequem groß, das Zimmer kann mit Vorhängen gut abgedunkelt werden....

“Das ist bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt. Wie immer, waren wir zufrieden. Einziges Manko - leider hat es dieses Mal wieder nicht mit dem Beistellbett für unseren Sohn geklappt. Ansonsten ist die Einrichtung tadellos und sauber. ”

“Solid place. Location is perfect, very close to Barmbek, which is an extremely useful station for Underground and S-Bahn (city train) between airport and city center. It connects very well to most of Hamburg. There are many food and shopping possibilities around. It's not exactly a classy neighbourhood but it's OK and safe as far as I know. Room and breakfast are good for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Storage space and breakfast options are somewhat limited but OK at this level....

“If you like to have breakfast and didn't pay for it when made your reservation, you need to let them know the night before, otherwise you can't have breakfast even paying that morning because they calculate the breakfast by the number of reservations.”

“This hotel is very good. The distanze to U-bahn Hamburger Strasse is 350mt. The crew is very kindly and has everyday a smile for customers. The cleaness is eccellent and also in the hall you can find free tea,,water and coffee, if you need It. ”
