I booked Casurina Resort Park, Bhor, Maharashtra for 3 nights as a gift for our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. I was charged for the entire stay. “Overall stay was good. Food was excellent. Service was average. Reception staff was not not customer friendly. Verbal instruction were given. The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. This needs to be mentioned specially during room booking in these hotels.”
