I booked Casurina Resort Park, Bhor, Maharashtra for 3 nights as a gift for our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. I was charged for the entire stay. “I needed plates n cold drinks for dinner,having requesting them twice on intercom, but they didn't provide me plates.I had to out to shop for cold drinks n plates.. It was so dissapointing.”

“Overall stay was good. Food was excellent. Service was average. Reception staff was not not customer friendly. Verbal instruction were given. The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. This needs to be mentioned specially during room booking in these hotels.”

“First, none of the staff were wearing masks in these COVID times, even after we requested them to.in fact one young chap even had the audacity to tell us why they were not required. Second, on arrival the reception was unattended and we spent a few minutes till somebody came by to check us in. The room phone does not work, so there is no way to call for room service or housekeeping. The bloke who advised us against masks did give us his cell number to call, except that it was in the back pocket...

“Resort is good and so is the management. Food quality is average and take a little longer than usual. Wifi, SPA, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, billiards, carrom, TT, Fuzz Ball and everything in good shape. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Have a very romantic ambience at night. They also plan activities like treks, live music, tambola, dance floor with DJ. Will surely visit again ”
