“After arriving in Kusadasi to find our friends villa uninhabitable, I searched the web to find an alternative venue and came across this one. So so glad we did as it really made our holiday. The owners were extremely welcoming and very accommodating towards our needs. The villa was excellent in terms of cleanliness, facilities and all to a very high standard. “Nice cosy place well located in city center and very close to the seaside walk. Wonderful sunsets and a lively neighborhood round it up. Hosts are caring and very helpful with whatever you might need.”

“We spent 2 weeks in this peaceful house. It is surrounded by a green mandarin garden, but it is not far from the main road and near to a sand beach where you can admire a superb sunset. The house is well furnished as there is all you need as if it were your home. “Lovely place and lovely host. Being able to look out of the window and see 2 thousand years all monument is priceless. The house is well equipped with linens, dishes, glasses, kitchen appliances and everything you might need. The location is perfect - minutes from all the Ephesus attractions and restaurants. Alison is a perfect host and communicates well.”

"Otima struttura molto organizzata "

"L’hotel è nuovissimo, le stanze perfette, potrei dire hotel meraviglioso . Ma per potersi fregiare di tale aggettivo e delle stelle esposte ci sono molte debolezze anche organizzative. 1) Spiaggia privata, in convenzione, in disuso, con sdrai rotti e abbandonati a sé stessi 2) colazione non a buffet e assolutamente inadeguata, una sorta di menù alla carta con tempi biblici di attesa ( se pensate di poter fare una colazione abbondante ecco rimarrete completamente delusi ) 3) ristorante Azzurro con prezzi proibitivi mentre il ristorante di pesce non ha un menù e si presenta totalmente disorganizzato; 4) la camera, nella seconda notte , non era stata rifornita ( acqua, caffè .. tazzine ) "

"Hotel 5 stelle secondo i parametri Turchi ma paragonabile ad un 3/4 stelle Italiano. Personale di sala troppo invadente. Praticamente portavano via i piatti da sotto il naso anche se uno non aveva ancora finito di mangiare. Spiaggia praticamente inesistente. Non tornerò."
