“Mathura is a very small town. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. As it was off-season time, we got a free upgrade. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We were there for only a night.”

“Super experience. We stayed for few days in mid-Feb & had 2 rooms. Rooms are very well designed. Food is very nice. Very nice property in a very nice location. Best part was staff & service. ALL of them were so nice& helpful. Excellent team. We wish them well. Radhe Radhe.”

“The hotel is not like the site show, and the room also different from what you booked, and in my case when i protest cause deluxe room must have the city iew, the receptionist told me the deluixe room not has the window city view, so i asked to change the really bad room they wanted to give me, and they offered me 2 rooms different at least i accepted the last one rom cause there was no alternative and i was tored and need relax, but the rooms they show are not as you receive. “The exterior of this hotel looked pleasant enough, and our check in was courteous and efficient. Our room, the deluxe double, was large, with a kitchen corner, but it didn't look clean enough to entice us to use it. The bathroom was of a good size. The bed was comfortable, but neither the bedding nor the towels were really clean. Although it was noisy during the day, it was peaceful at night.The restaurant served enjoyable food at both dinner and breakfast. The road outside the hotel is dirty...

“Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. ”
