“Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. “Very clean Hotel. The staff was very helpful and quick customer services was provided. We order food from the hotel and it was very tasty and delicious. Hot water is available, clean bathroom. It was very cold in the room so we called and ask for extra blankets and they helped was to get more blankets. Must stay here when visiting Vrindavan. ”

“Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. “Mathura is a very small town. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. As it was off-season time, we got a free upgrade. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We were there for only a night.”

“The hotel is not like the site show, and the room also different from what you booked, and in my case when i protest cause deluxe room must have the city iew, the receptionist told me the deluixe room not has the window city view, so i asked to change the really bad room they wanted to give me, and they offered me 2 rooms different at least i accepted the last one rom cause there was no alternative and i was tored and need relax, but the rooms they show are not as you receive. “This is a brandnew hotel. Their hygiene seems to be priority no 1 . We were on a special dieet. So we needed to communicate this with the restaurant chef, and he listens very well to his customers. The result was excellent. The rest of the staff are also very great, and humble people. We felt like we r home. Keep it up. We will definitely visit again.”
