Hotel vicino a Mirabai Temple - Mathura

“It’s a good place ”

“My experience was good regarding the one day stay is good. The location of this property is such that one can cover Nidhivan, prem mandir and many other temples within short time and it is budget friendly too. Mostly important thing I would like to highlight the staff behavior which was extremely cooperative and my interaction with Anshu (one of the respective staff) was very delightful...she seems polite and highly professional. Scope of improvement- yes the pricing of food could be improve...

“Nice stay”

“Belle stanze molto tranquillo bel giardino e buona colazione staff sempre carinissimi e molto professionali soprattutto il sig. Pranab. Tutto ha funzionato benissimo”

“Very poor quality food. Poorly trained front staff”

“I will recommend everyone to stay in this property. Book through Expedia. This is what everyone should expect and it fulfills the expectation. Excellent experience.”

“Not used”

“This resort is on very narrow road and you need to walk about 600 meters to get rixa or go to any restaurant. The water flow is very low so shower flow is also very low. You have to start water geaser about 15 minutes before and than you will be able to fill about one bucket of extreme hot water and than the water becomes about warm or cold and it will take about another half hour or more to get another bucket of hot water. Also you are not able to mix the hot and cold water by turning on both...

“Good service”

“Our stay was comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. On asking everything was available except the hairdryer.”

“No. TV access for news is very essential. Please provide TV with only news channels atleast. ”

“Rooms were dirty, not cleaned. Costtuxtion work going on, bad smell in the room and noise from the road. While i would give credit to the staff for making an effort to do the best for us during stay, we were totally uncomfortable during the stay due to the condition of the property. The pictures and rating while maling the booking totally decieved us. ”

“Rooms were good”
