“The staff was absolutely incredible- always kind, helpful and friendly. We came during mansoon season, so it always felt damp, but that is to be expected. The pool was lovely (you can buy a suit if you forgot one) and the food great. The chef was very accommodating and offered to make special gifts for our group. The spa offered wonderful massages at very reasonable prices as well. Overall a fantastic experience. ”

All reception staff (especially Abhirami) and all staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, booked at the time of booking the room (this made it very good value).  Every meal (in a buffet arrangement) that I had was excellent, the cooks were only to happy to make things to order.
