pantofole e yukata (kimono) compresi nel prezzo!:)
Camera molto grande in stile tipico giapponese con tutti i confort di un hotel 4 stelle, nel pomeriggio venivano pure le cameriere (con vestito tipico) a preparare il futon per la notte. ottimo e pulitissimo il bagno giapponese nel seminterrato, esperienza da provare. Personale cortese, disponibile e cordiale anche se non parlavano benissimo l'inglese. posizione, non nella zona della movida di Kyoto ma a 300 mt dalla stazione centrale sia dei treni che dei bus, in pochi minuti si arriva ovunque. che dire, mi aspettavo un hotel bello, ed ho scoperto uno hotel stupendo! prezzo non economicissimo, senza colazione 110€ a notte... ma lo stile tipico e l'indimenticabile esperienza ha il suo prezzo! voto:9

An average hotel. No coffee 😔
This is a very average hotel. Location is good, close to Kyoto station but far from night life. The cleanness in the room is decent but the lobby has a bad smell, kind of like old smoke. Pillows are very uncomfortable. The public bath is nice and clean. There is no coffee in the room or in the lobby, you should go and buy coffee in the morning. They provide Japanese style PJ and free beer in the afternoon which is nice.

Convenient Location, Clean Rooms, Hot Public Baths
Our stay at Hotel Sanoya in Kyoto was very enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located close to Kyoto Station and the staff was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms are Japanese style with tatami and futons, which is exactly how I like it. The rooms were very clean and I did NOT detect any cigarette smoke smell (which can be a consideration in Japanese hotels). The public bath was spacious and hot, though our room also had a private bath tub/shower as well. As a tip, Kyoto Station is big, so in order to find the most convenient exit, head towards the "Porta" section of the station head out Exit A5 and turn left before crossing the street. The hotel is right there! Alternatively, if you want to hit up a combini, Exit A3 takes you out right next to FamilyMart and you just cross the street (with Kyoto tower on your left) afterward to get to the hotel.

2泊しました
朝食ビュッフェは、和食が値段の割に美味しかったです。 お風呂は、シャワーホースにカビが生えたままだったり、清潔感はそこそこでした。スタッフさんは皆さんとても気持ちよく対応して下さいました。 タオル、とっても固かった‼️連泊の場合、頼まないと部屋に入ってこないので布団敷きっぱなしになります。構わない人は、荷物も放り出したまま観光に出られるので便利です。

滞在中、臨機応変に対応してくださり、感謝。 スタッフさんとても優秀です。 滞在した和室も広かった。 朝食バイキングも 種類がたくさんありしかも美味しい。 大浴場は昭和の香りを残したデザインだけど 快適。ただし若干お湯熱め。 京都駅、京都タワーすぐ横の一等地。 老舗ホテルの底力を見ました。

部屋は古い感じでしたが、広くて寝る部屋と食事の部屋が別にあったので、夜遅くまでみんなでお酒が飲めて良かった

古き良き日本の旅館
家族全員で布団を並べて寝られる広い和室が子供たちに新鮮だったようで大はしゃぎしていました。京都駅の地下ショッピングモールへの入り口も近く、とても便利でした。ただ、駐車場がなく近くのパーキングに留めましたが、京都はとにかく駐車場が高い！

Outdated, smelly, bad futons
Was very disappointed that the mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillow was small and flat. Didn’t like the open area in lobby for smoking, it made the whole lobby smell!! We got the room with shower and bathroom which was a good idea but it room was outdated and shower and toilet was in different corner of the room. The doors and floor are so thin that we could hear everything around us!

お部屋も清潔にされていて良かった。 チェックイン前に荷物を預ってもらえたので重たい荷物を持たず観光する事ができ良かった。また、行きたい所の交通手段を聞いてみたところ親切に調べて頂けた。 京都駅に近い立地だったので、交通、食事ともに困らなかった。

宿泊の値段を考えると頑張ってると思いました。
ユニットバスじゃないのは嬉しかったのですが、お風呂の蓋、床のカビが酷くて残念でした。 料理はとても美味しく満足でした。

Nice experience with a Ryokan
the location was great. close to the station. the staff were great and friendly. the rooms were comfortable. if you're not used to sleeping on the floor, it might be a problem. but for the experience it was great. Couldn't do it for more than a couple of nights.

저희 부부,중고생 딸들과 함께 4인 다다미룸(금연)을 이용했는데, 교토타워와 교토역 근처라 도보로 이용하기 편했습니다. 대중 목욕탕과 유카타가 준비되어 있어 여행후 여자들은 우루르 내려가 한꺼번에 씻고오고, 담달 아침에도 우르르... 조식도 깔끔하니 좋아요!(체크인 할때 7시, 7시30분, 8시 선택가능) 한국인 직원분도 1명 계시는데 엄청 친절하세요. 선 할인받아 1박 4인1실 조식포함 32,400엔 가격도 그정도면,,, 큰 기대 않하고 가면 만족하실거예요.ㅎㅎ

โรงแรมเป็นตึกสูง 7 ชั้น ผมเลือกเป็นห้องแบบเรียวกัง และมีออนเซ็น ที่ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากสถานีเกียวโตแค่ 400 ม. เดินแค่ 5-10 นาที จึงสะดวกมาก อาหารการกิน ก็หาง่าย มีทั้งร้านอาหารตามถนน หรือบนตึก เช่น The Cube ซึ่งอยู่ในสถานีเกียวโต (มีห้าง isetan) มีร้านอาหารมากมาย หลายประเภท บน ชั้น11

地方無可挑剔，就在京都站旁邊，最初感覺很舊，但進房後房間很大，很新，有整潔（浴屋的收氣機沒有塵），澡堂很舒服

結構良いですよ。
良かったです。 早く朝着いても、荷物等を預かってもらえ、そのまま身軽に観光へ出る事が出来ました。 観光は車よりも公共交通機関の方が動きが良いので駅も近くJRや市バスが乗りやすく便利。 もし車でも、すぐそばの駐車場も土日祝も最大2000円弱/日で止められるし、良いです。

오사카 3박 4일 중 하루 묵은 교토역 근처의 호텔이었는데, 유니버셜 근처 호텔 포함 가장 기억에 남는 호텔입니다. 저녁이 되면 직원들이 와서 이불을 모두 펴 주는데 전통방식이라고 하네요. 겉에 시트를 싸 놓았고 요도 두겹이나 깔아주어 푹신하고 청결합니다. 장소는 아주 최고입니다. 바로 나가 코너 돌면 교토역인데 어쩜 이 호텔은 조용한지...쇼핑할 곳, 먹을 곳 모두모두 가까이에 있습니다. 저녁에 지하 1층 조그마한 대중탕도 기억에 남지만, 일본식 아침식사는 최고입니다. 이번 여행에서도 기억에 남는 몇장면인데요. 넓은 다다미 홀에 테이블 별로 가정식 식사를 차려주어 일본의 전통을 느낄 수 있었어요. 각자 테이블에서 개인 생선과 찌개를 끓여먹을 수 있게 되어 있어요.이번 여행에서 교토가 가장 아쉬어서 또 가고 싶은데 다시가면 반드시 묵을 예정이에요.

Hotel Correct
Hôtel proche de la gare de KYOTO pour les métros mais aussi le bus (non négligeable à KYOTO) Les employés sont très gentil et à votre écoute. En ce qui concerne la chambre, celle-ci est correct. Le seul petit point faible a été le petit déjeuner que nous n'avons pas forcément apprécié ( mais c'est peut être la plus une question de goût que de qualité..) La réception garde vos clefs la journée ce qui est un plus. C'est un hôtel que nous vous recommandons sans soucis, celui-ci n'est pas sensationnel mais c'est une valeur sur pour passer un bon voyage.

Nice japanese style hotel
We arrived after 8:00PM, after 3 minutes walk form Kyoto station. Staff was pleasant. Clean large hall. The room was a lot bigger than expected for Japan.

住在塌塌米的房間中，是很特別的體驗！房間很大，小朋友可以隨意躺，非常舒適！B1還有公共澡堂，可以去體驗一下日本的澡堂文化，相當有趣！

너무 쾌적하고 편안한 호텔
가격은 아주싼편은 아니지만 서비스는 훌륭함. 일단 교토역과의 거리는 최고로 가까움. 카운터의 고객응대부터 넓은 다다미방과 여름고객을 위한 에어컨 사전가동, 소소한 간식서비스, 외출한 동안 이불까지 알아서 펴주고 지하에 있는 목욕탕 무료이용까지~ 다음에도 또 이용하고싶은 호텔.

Wahitsu (Japanese room)
We booked for a Japanese room but it was very small and was far from a Japanese room as I know of it. The room had very poorly repaired and scratched-all-over furniture. The room was the same floor with the sub-kitchen and very noisy. Staff was very kind and helpful, the only positive point. Will only recommend to the homeless person.

the bed is very comfy yet the hotel is old. it's odd and unsafe to keep the key at counter before we go out and the locks for door and safe box were not very secured. when we were sleeping, the cleaning lady use her key to open the door for house-keeping. although she immediately left the room when she saw me, i still felt embarrassed and offended. the staff is polite and able to communicate well in english. nice to have snack everyday in our room.
