Impossibile cenare senza prenotazione ( io avevo prenotato da mesi ma a loro non risultava). Personale della reception non in grado di fornire un accettabile livello di serviZio al cliente anche per la scarsa conoscenza dell’inglese. Frigobar vuoto. Niente onsen”

Noi eravamo in 3 ed avevamo una camera standard grandissima, con un ampio salottino, camera ampia, bagno grande con doccia e vasca jacuzzi, cabina armadio ampia. Accoglienza perfetta, la signora ci ha mostrato la camera e offerto un drink e cioccolatini. Piagiami e biancheria letto e bagno di ottima qualità. Colazione molto buona, abbiamo anche fatto il pranzo di Natale ed una cena ed abbiamo mangiato benissimo (ristorante aperto anche al pubblico). Hotel...
