“Spacious and clean room but of older styles and conditions. Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were superb and traditional Japanese style set meals. Hot spring baths (both inside and outside) were of excellent traditional styles and not shared with other guests. The main minor issue was that you cannot drive directly to the door because of narrow road access. Basin (for hand washing after using toilet) was then on the other side of the room which was a bit inconvenient. “Very nice owners, clean structure with private onsens. It's a bit outside Yufuin so it's very recommended if you have a car. Nice room, a bit expensive compared to a similar structure. You will appreciate many aspects of the structure if you're a cat lover. ”
