“We arrived at the hotel around midnight after a 14 hr flight just to be told that there's no more room available. We made the reservation weeks ahead. They could've at least informed us sooner so we can book a different hotel. They did call a few hotels around the area to see if we could be relocated. But we had to be responsible for the cost of the new room and transportation which is completely unreasonable. We ended up sleeping in their lobby because we were just too exhausted to go anywhere...
