“Poco accoglienti alla reception. Ottima colazione e posizione. Belle e funzionali le camere Dall’ingresso alla reception occorre scendere alcuni scalini e non ci sono scivoli per le valigie”

The room floor had crumbs on it, a folded towel was covered in stains, hair in shower and bathroom floor, piece of glass on bathroom floor, white splashes behind the sink - like toothpaste, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, mismatching curtains, hairs on the mattress which you can’t avoid seeing as the sheets aren’t tucked in and come away with the cover. And frankly, they could have spared me the excuses mixed in with...

“Sehr schönes, komfortables und ruhiges Hotel in zentraler Lage, hoteleigener Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (aber teuer), sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (da die Klimaanlage nicht steuerbar war und es kühl im Zimmer war wurde mir ein Heizgerät hingestellt), sehr gutes Frühstück und hervorragendes und reichhaltiges Abendessen (ich hatte Halbpension mit 3 Gänge Wahlmenue). Ich war rundum sehr zufrieden und kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.”
