“Clean room, nice staff ”

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Ceiling in shower falling down, dirty spots on bathroom wall. Gym equipment in unusable shape. All 3 pieces of aerobic equipment broken.”

“Out door pool not open during my visit ”

“I booked a premium room and there was nothing about it that was premium! The bathroom sink/counter was falling off the wall! AC unit was falling apart! Remote for TV didn't work! The safety lock was broken! Poor lighting! Bathroom door handle was messed up making it difficult to exit the bathroom! The staff that checked us in why not friendly at all! I do not recommend staying at this place!”

“Never will go there again very nasty!!”

“The staff were pretty friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately we had neighbors who were smoking next to us during our stay so as soon as we left our room, we got a strong whiff of it every time we left. Room was missing towels and phone cord was cut so we had to physically go down to ask the staff for towels. Parking was plentiful and not too bad. Overall, not bad I suppose for the price.”

“Pool was freeeeeezing cold!”

“La verdad que el cuarto olía a cigarro, eso que pedí un cuarto para no fumadores, había cenizas de cigarrillo por todos lados. Las sábanas estaban todas quemadas por los cigarrillos, la verdad que decepcionante.”

“This place was nice except the room smelled musty and the breakfast bar was at best minimally stocked. The tub filled up ankle deep during the shower. The toilet clogged up without anything in it. This place could definitely use some updating. The coffee pot leaked all over. Very very sad. ”

“So clean, so helpful, so nice!”

“We checked in around 2 am. It took the stiff 20 minutes to get to the window. Thats the only complaint we had other than the parking. There isn't enough parking so everyone would park in front of our door so we had to park on the other side of the parking lot. This is the second time ive stayed at this location and I will definitely stay again when we go back.”

“Breakfast was good. Staff was attentive. Other guests were problematic but thats not the hotels fault. They addressed the issue promptly. ”

“Room was very clean, staff was friendly. We were surprised at how updated the room was. Looks like it had been recently updated. Good stay overall.”
