“Great staff, Clean room and excellent breakfast. On site restaurant is a plus. My room has hot shower but no hot water in the sink. Overall, this is very good hotel”

“Gorgeous property, we loved all of the animals (dogs, cats, and a baby alpaca). The staff was genuinely kind and helpful in scheduling taxis for us. The courtyard is so nice! The water pressure in the shower was hit or miss, but everything else about this hotel was a hit and we loved staying here.”

“I actually had to leave after 10 minutes because there was mold on the wall in my room. This is a very dirty hostel with weird vibes. ”

“Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget...

“Das Hostel liegt fußläufig zum Zentrum. Unser 3er Zimmer war gut, allerdings ist es im gesamten Gebäude extrem kalt. Wir haben warme Decken und einen Heitstrahler (gegen Gebühr) erhalten, wodurch es aushaltbar war. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist lauwarm. Das Frühstück darf man eigentlich nicht so nennen, da es trockene Brötchen mit Butter und Marmelade gab. Klasse sind die kostenlose Kaffe-/ und Teestation. Das Personal ist super freundlich und liebenswürdig.”

“Staff never came back to me when I asked to clarify please if it was a house or a hotel. I asked that, because it says: shared bathroom. For the price I payed for the package I wanted at least my own bathroom. But they never answered to me. I didn’t stay there. I wish there were a way for a refund or something for the unpleasant experience, since because of that I booked somewhere else.”

“The area was perfect - close to the main square and attractions but not right in the middle of all of the bustle. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty and shabby. It was also frustrating that there was nothing in the kitchen--not even a pour-over or french press--for making coffee.”
