“Wonderful and friendly staff and a very nice area to be at in Cusco.”

“Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good. Made a breakfast bag for days I needed to leave early. I was told by a receptionist that I can take imperial bus two block from the hotel and go to the airport. The bus actually didn't go to the airport and I had to take Uber. I waisted about one hour of my time in the bus. Later I checked with the AI and apparently there is no bus that goes to the airport. Please correct me if I am wrong, so other guests won't face the same problem.”

“Very nice hotel, friendly staff and they were always welcoming, they helped us with everything, we fall sick there due to altitude and the staff helped us recover, we had a rental car and they helped us park the car in garage and remove whenever we needed. The kichen staff was also very good, specially Rossy who always made sure we got the best food”

“Gluten free bread on the breakfast spread people - game over this wins! Ambiance, cleanliness, day of massage arrangements, cozy hot water bottle to warm the bed when we arrived so late after some travel hiccups. Had a balcony room and it was a lovely spot to sit. Doors not soundproof, and sound carries floor to floor up the central stairs. If the hotel calls a taxi, they come right up, but if your taxi drops you off you might get dropped a block or two away due to narrow/one way/not...

La qualità del hotel è al top di quanto si può trovare ma sopratutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, sempre attenti a capire le necessità degli ospiti. Le camere sono molto confortevoli spaziose e belle. Consigliatissimo!!”
