Hotel vicino a La Casa del Mofongo & Piano Bar - New York

“Lontano dal centro ma con la metro vicina. Metro efficentissima quindi nessun problema. Struttura pulita e personale gentilissimo Colazione ottima. Dolce o salata. Chi pensa “nel Bronx chissà che paura!, sbaglia. Non ci siamo mai sentiti in pericolo”

“The hotel was not as shown in the pictures. The bedroom was completely dirty and smelly. The sheets were also dirty, with holes of cigarette burns. It felt completely unsafe, the room next to ours had the door broken because it had been forced, and the staff downstairs didn’t check any ID apart from the reservation one. “Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room”

“Ottimo posto vicino alla metropolitana unico. La stanza è troppo piccola ma ben pulita e nuova.”

“We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. Great front desk staff and housekeeping. Lucien was a stand out front desk employee who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your business. Rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeepers were efficient. Great location close to the subway and Central Park top end. We will be back.”
