  • 5 bedroom 2 bathroom upper half of a duplex, private office in the basement with separate entrance. Handicap accessible with lifting system available upon request. Comfortably sleeps 12-14 people. The space is made for family and friends to gather, this is not a house to party in. We are just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown La Crosse, 1 mile to the mall and walking/biking trails.
    Located 5 minutes from downtown and lots of shopping. You will only have access to the upper half of the duplex as my office is in the basement with a seperate private entrance.

Comfy stay

Our family stayed here for a family reunion and were pleased with the property. Even hosted a family dinner with plenty of room. Would stay here again.

Very spacious and easy access to all areas of metro Lacrosse. facilty was clean, linens and towels available. Plenty of closet space. TBH, salt and pepper could be provided. There also needs to be more drinking glasses to fit full capacity of 14. The complete handical accessibility was great for us with one in the party using a walker.

This was a great location for my friends and I as we were in town for an event at UW- La Crosse. It was less than 10 minutes away from where we had to go on campus even with construction. There's plenty of parking, we had 4 cars and could have fit 2-3 more depending on size. The pictures don't do the space justice, it's a lot roomier than we were expecting. We spent a lot of time in the living room as there was plenty of seating for our group of 5. ***The shower curtain does need to be changed but other than that it was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

House was clean, that was appreciated. No hair dryer, no bath soap or shower gel, only a few drinking glasses. Host was slow in responding. Good parking, grill available with propane, overall acceptable experience.

Our group was three sets of sisters who are cousins. We all agreed the property was spotless, had ample room for all of us and the kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to downtown and a variety of activities. It was perfect!

Great spot for a gathering!

A group of 8 friends stayed for three nights. The layout was perfect for a group like this, with plenty of space to work in the kitchen, play games or do puzzles, or read a book on the deck. We were within about 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do during our stay. The kitchen nicely stocked with cooking equipment, and the host was very helpful with easy communication. Highly recommend!

very nice

The home was very nice, and spacious. Had 5 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Was ideal location between Onalaska, and LaCrosse. Was in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Would definately recommend it others. Would also rent again.

Son's Wedding

Our family stayed here for two nights for my youngest childs wedding. The place was great, plenty of room, the handicap type setup also worked great for my Mom who sometimes struggles with steps and showers (this had a walk-in shower). The kitchen had plenty of utensils, one thing I would do is add some seasonings (salt and pepper) for sure. The owner was available and quick to reply with any questions. Would definitely stay here again

Roomy and simple

Beds were comfortable, linens were soft. Plenty of towels. We had 9 people stay and we had plenty of room. House is well lived in, and accessible for those with mobility issues. Fairly clean, strong air freshener smell if you are sensitive to smells it may not be a good fit for you. This home has plenty of parking space and deck space to hang out. Close to UWL, downtown area, and Onalaska shopping areas.

Nice big house in great area with plenty of comfy beds! I couldn't give a 5 though because the ADA shower curtain was dirty and had pink mold on it. The shower was extremely slippery, thank goodness that the handicap bars were in it or several of us would have fallen while showering. I recommend changing the curtain liner between guests and adding a rubber mat. The second shower was very clean. The rug in one of the king bedrooms is a trip hazard, and several blinds/shades/curtains were broken and need replacing. Other than that, we had plenty of clean towels, sheets, and kitchen supplies. The house was located in a perfect place for the wedding venue!

A good stay

We were in town for my son's wedding. This property was perfect for our group of 10 adults. Roomy and clean with lots of space inside and out. Lots of room for parking too. Kitchen was well stocked for food prep as far as equipment goes (you'll need to bring your own salt, pepper, condiments). We were well equipped to host our extended family at the property after the wedding rehearsal. Despite being pretty close to a main road, noise from traffic was not a factor at all and we had a pretty peaceful stay.Property could use a little updating... The deck could use a staining, and a little more wall decor would help too. Having just two bathrooms was a little difficult at times, but our group of ten managed pretty well. Check in and check out were easy and manager was responsive if we had questions.
