Welcome to Villa 111, a spacious four-bedroom villa accommodating up to 10 guests in the exclusive Tamarán community. Relax by your private pool, heated during the winter months, unwind in the rooftop jacuzzi, enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, fast WiFi throughout the home, parking for two vehicles, and access to the Tamarán Beach Club.

The Space:

Villa 111 is a spacious three-level home designed for families and groups of up to 10 guests. The ground floor features an open living area with an equipped kitchen, dining room, and comfortable TV lounge, all connected to the private pool. The pool is heated during the winter season and maintained at a preset temperature. This level also includes a full bathroom and a guest bedroom with one queen bed and two twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.



The second floor offers three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The other bedrooms include one queen bed and two twin beds, providing a practical setup for families, children, or groups traveling together. Fast WiFi is available throughout the villa, and private parking is provided for up to two vehicles.



The private rooftop is one of the villa’s best spaces for relaxing after a day at the beach club. It includes an outdoor dining table and a jacuzzi where guests can unwind and enjoy the open-air setting. Please note that the villa has multiple levels connected by stairs, and both the private pool and rooftop jacuzzi may be used until 11:00 p.m.



Guest Access:

Guests receive access to the Tamarán Beach Club:

✔ Free daily access for up to 8 adults

👶 Children aged 3 or under enter free (children older than 3 are charged as adults).

👥 Additional adults: $500 MXN per person per day (includes $250 MXN food & beverage credit and $250 MXN access, towel included).

🧴 Towels are not included for complimentary access. Towel rental available for $30 MXN.

⏰ Hours:

Beach access from 7:00 a.m.

Kitchen open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Beach club closes at 7:00 p.m.

🏖 Amenities: pools, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and sports courts (paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis), subject to availability. More information is available at the beach club reception.

🚫 Restrictions: outside food or beverages, coolers, thermos, and speakers are not allowed.

Tamarán is located near La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, a relaxed coastal town known for its marina, fresh seafood market, and popular Sunday market. The villa is also conveniently located for visiting Bucerías, Punta Mita, and Sayulita. Spend the day exploring nearby beaches, discovering local restaurants, or book a fishing, sailing, or whale-watching trip from Marina Riviera Nayarit.



Getting Around:

Villa 111 is a convenient starting point for exploring Riviera Nayarit:



Approximately 5 minutes from La Cruz and Bucerías beaches

Approximately 10 minutes from Marina Riviera Nayarit

Approximately 30 minutes from Sayulita

Approximately 35 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport



A rental car is recommended for greater flexibility, especially when visiting beaches and nearby towns. Taxis and rideshare services are also available in the area. The villa includes private parking for up to two vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

The maximum occupancy is 10 guests.



Pets may be allowed with prior approval. An additional pet fee may apply depending on the number of pets, their size, and the length of the stay. Please contact us before booking to confirm availability and applicable fees.



The rooftop and terrace may be used until 11:00 p.m. Please keep music and conversations at a respectful volume, especially during the evening, as the villa is located within a residential community.



Our pool technician visits every Monday and Thursday for routine cleaning and maintenance. The technician may need brief access to the pool area during your stay.



The beach club is independently operated, so its schedules, amenities, prices, and access conditions may change without prior notice.
