    The Space:

    Warm Pacific air, the sound of water nearby, and a balcony made for doing nothing in particular - Cruz de Huanacaxtle has a way of slowing everything down to exactly the right pace. This two-bedroom condo sits steps from the beach in one of Banderas Bay's most relaxed coastal communities, where 305 kilometres of shoreline and year-round temperatures around 28°C make every day feel unhurried.

     

    The space

    The condo accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include 4 beds in total - one of which is a bunk bed offering two sleeping spaces - making this a practical and comfortable layout for families or small groups. Air conditioning keeps the interior cool regardless of the hour, while room-darkening shades, bed linens, clothing storage, and hangers make settling in easy. A TV is on hand for relaxed evenings in, and window guards, a smoke alarm, and a carbon monoxide alarm are in place throughout.

     

    Kitchen & dining

    The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for everyday cooking - a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, cooking basics, and a complete set of dishes and silverware are all ready to use. A dining table provides a proper spot to gather for meals at home, whether that's a simple breakfast before heading to the beach or a longer evening in.

     

    Outdoor living

    The private balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area - an easy place to start the morning or wind down after dark. Beyond the condo, guests have beach access to a nearby beach, the building's shared pool, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after time by the water.

     

    Work & connectivity

    Wifi is available throughout, and a dedicated workspace means staying connected is straightforward when needed. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, making this a comfortable base for anyone spending extended time along the coast.

     

    Parking & access

    Free parking garage on premises and free street parking make arrivals and daily outings simple. The building's elevator - at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide - ensures easy access for all guests. A private entrance and host greeting round out a smooth arrival. A paid crib is available for those travelling with little ones.

     

    The neighborhood

    Cruz de Huanacaxtle sits within the greater Banderas Bay area on the Mexican Pacific - a stretch of coastline known for its calm waters, local restaurants, and markets. Nearby seaside towns add to the easygoing character of the area, and the consistently warm climate means there's no wrong time to be here.



    Guest Access:

    Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



    It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



    Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate since it is an electronic gate.



    The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



    Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



    Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



    The Neighborhood:

    It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



    Getting Around:

    There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.



    Other Things to Note:

    For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



    Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



    Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



    Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



    -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

    As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.





    -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.





    -The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

    -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites. We recommend you to use repellent to avoid any discomfort, their bites are harmless but can cause itching.

    -Electricity consumption

    Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



    Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

    The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
