Located in the center of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, this comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is ideal for families or work stays. Just 2 blocks from the beach and very close to the market, restaurants, and services. It features 2 beds, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and common areas with a pool, lounge chairs, grill, and parking. A quiet, functional, and well-located space to relax or work comfortably.

Inside the apartment:



It is located on the 3rd floor, apartment 3A.



-Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet equipped with a safe, iron, and ironing board.



-Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed and closet



-Living room: Sofa and TV



-Dining area: The TV is located opposite the dining room., allowing the whole family to enjoy a movie or show together.



-Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, induction stove, blender, microwave, and toaster.



-Full bathroom next to the living room.

-Washer and dryer.

-Wifi



In the common areas:



-Pool, available from 8am to 10pm. It has lounge chairs, tables, and chairs around it; the pool does not have heaters.



-Next to the pool there is a small area with jets to relax your back. It is NOT a jacuzzi and does not produce hot water. The pool is located on the 4th floor of the building, accessible by elevator or stairs.



-Grill area, available from 8am to 10pm. It is necessary to request a reservation so all guests can use it. After use, it must be left in the same condition in which it was found. Next to the grill area there is a large dining table for the enjoyment of our guests.



-Parking in the building: all our apartments have 1 parking space per unit. “A” apartments must park on the side of the building on Albatros Street, and “B” apartments must park on the side of the building on Pelícanos Street. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you can park on the surrounding streets; the area is very safe.



-Building garbage container: located on the 1st floor next to the elevator.



-Welcome amenities: upon your arrival, we will leave a couple of welcome amenities so you can have a pleasant start. Please note that these courtesy items are not refillable.
