“A couple things weren’t clear when I initially booked. I didn’t realize this was a boat access only accommodation. The staff operate the boat across the river and at one point the host left resulting in being stuck at the cabins. In addition I booked because it said free airport shuttle. The airport shuttle was not free so I’m not sure why this place popped up when I put that filter on. The staff were very accommodating and helped get me dinner delivered and were prompt with boating me across...

“The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.”

“Wonderful setting in an expansive Oriental garden with coy ponds. Serene, relaxing. The hostess very welcoming. Their Asian restaurant has best Asian food I've had in Belize hands down..it is comfortable and surrounded by coy pond littered gardens. Hotel room clean and tidy and quiet. Quite the diamond in the rough. ”

“OMG, Jaguar's Creek is even better than the videos on YouTube! Wish we could stayed longer, but we had another hotel reservation in another city. We are going back soon and staying at Jaguar's Creek for a week:), Carlos and his staff was wonderful...professional, friendly, respectful, and made every guests feel special. Jaguar's Creek is a MUST for nature lovers!”

“This condo feels like home. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has the necessities. The condo is gated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and perfectly maintained. The outdoor deck is set up for dining and sunning with table, bar, and lounge chairs. The mango tree adjacent to the deck area is heavy with fruit, but it is still to early to enjoy. The condo’s host is responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home!”

“This hotel is a quiet gem off the beaten path. The staff are very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. The pool area also great for a quick dip. The most surprising is the food at the restaurant - that red snapper was the best I ate across my travels to Belize!!!! The only negative is the water surrounding the area is unswimable. I stayed for one night and it was great for my time there.”

“Maybe spend a few minutes at check-in to give the guest all the info they need. After signing the reservation form, I was given a key and my room was pointed out me. No other info was given. Front Desk agent was in a hurry to leave the building. No WiFi info, location of resort amenities, or other property info was shared. We walked around to find the pool and discovered it was dirty with a bunch leaves and other debris. I learned about the walking trails after my departure from someone else....

“The place was extremely clean. It had a nice small kitchen area and nice refrigerator. The owner was super professional and informative. The facility has a Belizian car you can rent which you'll need because the attractions are not too close. The place is nicely tucked away off the main road going into town.”

“Unfriendly staff, room charges not permitted for restaurants or lobby purchases. Arrived at 3pm for check in, did not have a room till 5:30pm. Had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, and breakfast next morning at the café: waited more than an hour and a half for food on all three occasions. For dinner: ordered one cheese pizza, took almost 2 hours and showed up raw in the middle. They brought it back 40min later, still raw in the middle having just been broiled on top.
