New for the 2025–2026 season, The Lakehouse at Cedar View offers a stunning, spacious, and well-appointed lakefront escape on Norris Lake. This six-bedroom, six-bathroom property is ideal for large families or multiple groups traveling together. With a separate guest house and a golf cart included for easy access to the private dock, this home is thoughtfully designed to provide both shared spaces for gathering and private areas for quiet relaxation.

During peak season, from Memorial Day through mid-August, the home requires a seven-night rental from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, a four-night minimum stay is required.

The main house welcomes you with soaring cathedral ceilings and panoramic lake views. The entry level features two large living areas, one with a queen pull-out sofa. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with high-end appliances, granite countertops, a pantry, and a built-in ice maker. There is seating for four at the island and eight at the dining table. Just off the kitchen is a half bath and laundry area. Step outside onto the expansive main-level deck to find two dining areas, lounge seating, a grill, and a Blackstone griddle—all with lake views.

On the lower level, guests can enjoy a large entertainment area with a pool table, card table, and wet bar that includes an additional refrigerator and freezer. This level also features a dedicated bunk room with three full-size beds, sleeping up to six children comfortably. Two additional king bedrooms are located on this floor: one with an en suite bathroom, and the other with a full bath located just outside the room. Both bedrooms offer privacy, and one includes its own balcony. A hallway door can be closed to separate the entertainment space from the sleeping areas, helping ensure peace and quiet at bedtime.

The guest house, located just steps from the main home, offers a private retreat with its own full kitchen, large living room, king bedroom, and a second bedroom with two queen beds. A full bathroom is located between the bedrooms, with an additional half bath and second laundry area downstairs at the entry level. This space is perfect for extended family or friends who prefer more privacy while remaining close to the main gathering areas.

Every bedroom and living room in the home and guest suite includes a smart TV with Roku, and strong WiFi coverage is available throughout, including an extender that reaches the dock.

The property includes a gentle walk or golf cart ride down to the private dock, which features a covered slip, uncovered tie-up space, lounge seating, dining tables, and beautiful lake views. Guests will also have access to a paddleboard and a round floating water hammock. In the garage, you will find a commercial ice maker—perfect for filling coolers or supplementing ice needs during your stay. Lake towels are provided on open shelving, but we ask that guests wash, fold, and return them to their place before departure.

This home includes six bedrooms and six bathrooms, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms in the main house and two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the guest house. There are two portable cribs available and a king-size air mattress that can be placed in either house.
