Brand New Norris Lake Home with Private Inground Pool and Hot Tub in Deerfield

Welcome to Overlook Nook on Norris Lake! This 5 bedroom/4.5 bath BRAND NEW construction is located on Deer Hill right between Springs Dock and Deerfield Marina. First floor includes primary bedroom and bath, laundry room, chef's kitchen, open floorplan with gas fireplace. Lower-Level features two more primary bedrooms with attached bathrooms, two bunk rooms with jack and jill bath, kitchenette, sleeper sectional and second laundry room with commercial ice maker. Expansive deck that wraps around the home and opens down to the private pool. Gorgeous 180-degree lake views from the deck and hot tub. Home includes access to private boat slip less than 1 minute from home.

PICTURES DON’T DO IT JUSTICE! 😍
My family joked the entire stay that this is the only place we’ve ever stayed that is even nicer than the already incredible photos. It was like we lived in a movie for about summer lake living for a week. Highly impressed with the overall space, the cleanliness, and above and beyond communication by Traci and Matt. We wish we could give it higher than 5 stars. We will be back!

Best stay ever!
My family and I have stayed in several homes on VRBO and this one was by far the best! The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked! I can't say enough about this house. The kitchen was stocked with items to make your stay comfortable, we didn't lack for anything. There was even a child's drawer stocked with children spoons, forks, cups and plates! We found this very useful for our 2 year old granddaughter. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and grilling on the Blackstone. I haven't even mentioned the view of Norris Lake! I really can't think of anything that would have made our stay better. Traci, the property owner was very friendly and fast to answer all of our questions. If you are looking for the perfect spot to enjoy the Lake, look no further!

Nice family time!
Normally, we go to the beach for our annual family vacation. This year, we needed to stay closer to home. We chose Overlook Nook for the views of Norris Lake (bring binoculars for weather watching and boat traffic!) and the swimming pool (read: we have toddlers!) Our group of twelve had a lovely time.

Family of 14 stay July 2-9, 2023.
We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. Kids had their own TV room downstairs. Plus there were TV’s everywhere, even on the outside deck by pool. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We stayed in the private pool most of the day with gorgeous views of the lake. I highly recommend this vacation home. We have already booked for next summer. The host are first class, very easy to work with.

Family Vacation Summer 2023
This brand new house is a beautiful addition to an area that was already great. The pool makes the property unique as it's the only private pool in the area. The property owners were fantastic to work with. Great views of Norris Lake from the house, the decks, the hot tub, and the pool. Very close to three marinas for boat rentals. Excellent golf course just a few minutes away. Make sure to check out Chapman Hill Winery. If you want to make a quick day trip, Knoxville is 45 minutes away with a bunch of great restaurants and shops. Hiking the Cumberland Gap trail is 45 minutes east. The whole family (ages 10 to 60) enjoyed the trip and we would definitely come back to Norris Lake and to this terrific house.
