Questa è la nostra seconda proprietà sul lago Norris e sarà completata entro la primavera del 2020. Puoi vedere le nostre altre proprietà (VRBO # 777428) per vedere la qualità dei nostri immobili per le vacanze. Questa nuovissima (in costruzione) bellissima casa a 2 piani sul lago si trova sul lago Norris con enormi viste del lago meridionale senza ostacoli vicino al ponte di salto di Cedar Creek Road e vicino a Deerfield Resort. Le foto della casa provengono da un'altra casa in costruzione con la stessa pianta ma non abbiamo gli alberi che ci bloccano la vista! Breve passeggiata senza passi per il lago, solo un sentiero concreto! Siamo appena fuori dal canale principale con scia ridotta, traffico delle barche e acqua tutto l'anno. Siamo molto vicini al famoso ponte di salto ea soli 5-10 minuti in barca da 4 famosi porti turistici (Sugar Hollow, Shanghai, Deerfield, Springs Dock). Siamo anche a 45 miglia da Knoxville ea soli 75 miglia dalle famose aree turistiche di Pigeon Forge e Gatlinburg. Puoi fare un'escursione sul nuovo Cumberland Trail o cenare al McCloud Mountain Restaurant con una splendida vista sulle Cumberland Mountains. Ci sono anche 2 parchi ATV di classe mondiale in 30-60 minuti di auto (Windrock e Ride Royal Blue).

Questa casa sul lago a 2 piani è un sogno per i vacanzieri di grandi gruppi con 6 camere da letto e 6. 5 bagni (ogni camera ha il proprio bagno e 5 delle 6 camere hanno vista sul lago). 2 ampi ponti laterali coperti offrono uno spazio abitativo aggiuntivo di 1000 piedi quadrati per il tuo divertimento, sia con splendide viste sul lago che sulle montagne. Grande cucina principale, costruita su fabbricatori di ghiaccio su e giù e lavanderia su entrambi i livelli. Dock a 2 piani con scivolo coperto, mobili dock e scivolo! Inoltre, abbiamo un vialetto dedicato con un ampio parcheggio. Internet gratuito e lunga distanza.

Il piano principale dispone di un camino a gas in pietra alto 20 ', pavimento in legno, soffitto a volta, ripiani in granito, 2 lavastoviglie, macchina del ghiaccio, forni a doppia parete, 2 frigoriferi in acciaio inossidabile e una grande TV. Per mangiare, avrai tavoli da pranzo interni ed esterni e posti a sedere per altri 6 presso l'isola e il bar della cucina. Il grande ponte laterale coperto con vista sul lago ha un camino esterno in pietra a legna, un tavolo da pranzo, sedie e una griglia a gas. La camera da letto principale ha il suo balcone con vista sul lago.

Il livello inferiore comprende una sala TV con TV a grande schermo e una sala con tavolo per carte o giochi da tavolo. Due camere a questo livello hanno letti queen size con cuccette e nelle altre due camere, hai un re e una regina. Una delle camere esce sul grande ponte coperto, un'altra ha il proprio balcone / ponte e 3 delle 4 camere hanno vista sul lago. Questo piano ha anche una seconda lavatrice e asciugatrice e un secondo produttore di ghiaccio per riempire i refrigeratori. Il ponte laterale coperto a questo livello presenta una vasca idromassaggio illuminata, altoparlanti esterni, cornhole / giochi e posti a sedere aggiuntivi.

La sesta grande sala bonus si trova sopra il garage indipendente e ha un angolo cottura completo e un piccolo ponte per godersi la vista sul lago. Ci sono 2 letti matrimoniali e 2 letti a castello / loft nella stanza bonus.

Questa è una casa NON FUMATORI. Età minima 28 anni da affittare.

Great layout for multiple families. Area above garage worked great for one family with three kids. We had 16 people and had plenty of room. Abundant refrigerators and freezers. Easy and close access to private dock with a nice deck for kids and adults to jump into lake. Alcove was quiet and limited waves from main thoroughfare. Nice boat launch in the private community. Rented jet skis from nearby Sugar Hollow Marina, great fun. House has a large deck for outdoor eating and great view of lake and dock. Very comfortable house and nicely furnished. Definitely would like to visit again.

Incredible house on lake Norris near sugar hollow marina

Absolutely beautiful house. Amazing views of the lake. Great location across from sugar hollow marina. Hands down it is the best house we have stayed in yet on Norris. Kids loved the apartment and bunk beds above the garage , adults loved the views from the deck. Owners very responsive to any questions . Would highly recommend it to anyone considering staying in that area of the lake.

Fantastic

The owners are great to work with. Any concerns are dealt with immediately. The views are spectacular - we witnessed a full rainbow one night and had a full moon all week. The cove was not crowded, and the boats on the open water provided fun waves. The owners had kayaks we could use, and that was a definite plus. Lots of fun was had by all.

Picturesque spa in Norris Lake

My family visited John’s property on Norris Lake and did not want to leave. From the minute you walk in the front door the view is outstanding. The home is very bright and open and quite spacious for several families. We enjoyed most sitting out on the patio eating and watching TV and our days on the dock. There was adequate room to park our two boats and two jet skis. Any issues that arose John was quick to respond. Wish we could come back again next year! Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Fantastic family lake house vacation! Houseboater maybe converting!

We are a houseboating family (for over 45 years) and thought we would try a lake house out. We were not sure how we would feel about not being right on the water. We also went in later Sept which could've been interesting. But this was an AWESOME experience and house for our family of grown kids, spouses and grandkids (ranging in age 2-8). And i could also see it as a great house for teens, as well, as our grandkids grow up. Such a great set up with the boat deck for our boat, slide, kayaks/paddle boards, etc. The view is spectacular. The kids wake boarded, tubed, swam and we went on boat rides to explore the beautiful lake and marinas. The hot tub was a huge hit for the kids and adults along with all the great game areas. It was so great to eat out on the deck all 15 of us and enjoy the view and watch the Purdue game. Also to dine inside all together as well. It was great to have a bathrrom for all of the families and then some. The apartment with the great bunk bed set up over the garage was a hit as well. Kitchen was fantastic and loved all the windows and open areas so we could be together. So many great things! The last 10 miles of the drive were slower going because of the curvy road and the driveway steep but we know that is the way it is at the lake many times for a great view. The kids were sad we had to leave. We all were loved it. John was so attentive and quick to any questions or needs we had! Thank you John and Ali!

Wonderful Home | Great Build Quality

The house is tastefully designed with great functionality. We have traveled the world and this was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. I believe this location is the hidden jewel of Norris Lake with its calm waters and close proximity to Sugar Hollow Marina. The private dock and loft were a hit with the kids! Stunning Home, Fantastic Location - Fun was had by all!

This home is stunning and perfect for large groups! Our group had kids ranging in age from 5 years old - 16 and they all had a blast. The home and views are even more beautiful in person. The dock with the slide is amazing! We spent the majority of our time down there hanging out in the lake while the kids played. The location is also fantastic. It’s a quick ride to Sugar Hollow, Springs, Shanghai and the jumping bridge. The owners were wonderful to work with! We had a fantastic week with our family! Thank you John and Ali!

Fun in the sun with friends

We have stayed as a group on Lake Norris before. We really enjoyed Southern Charm. The outside lounging and eating areas were awesome. The 2 story dock with the slide and jumping gate were a huge hit! Other wonderful amenities included the 2 ice makers, 2 dish washers, 2 washers & dryers, hot tub and the ping pong table. Pretty much had everything you could ever need in the kitchen and the bath towels being provided was wonderful! The sidewalk down to the dock was nice, having stayed on the lake before we knew there would be a slope so while it was steep, it was better than the never ending staircase we trekked the other time we stayed at Norris Lake. We were there during a peak week and the dock and water were pretty wavy/rocky most of the time but we got use to it. The owner was always very quick to respond to any issues or questions that we had. The internet was spotty sometimes but again we knew what to expect having been in the area before - we don't go to the lake to play on our devices! The neighbors on both sides were really nice as well. I really don't have anything negative to say, it was a wonderful experience!

Perfect Lake House

We have been renting properties at Norris Lake for over 15 years. This property, by far, was the best we have ever experienced. The views are spectacular from every room. The accomodations are excellent. It is the perfect property for large groups. It is a 5 minute boat ride to Sugar Hollow Marina. There are too many wonderful things about this property to be able to mention them all. We highly recommend this property.

Don’t take a second look…. Southern Charm

An incredible family vacation had by all from boating & tubing, ping pong tournaments, kayaking and paddle boarding. Grill outs, games and a evening of movies and fire on the lovely covered porch. I have never seen a home design that was perfection for large groups. Southern Charm was absolutely beautiful in every way with more than expected extras. It is definitely steps above the rest.

Very well thought out space

This home has everything you need to enjoy your stay with a large group! We love the location on the lake and only left by boat once we arrived. The home is very clean and up to date. All amenities are impeccable - never been to this lake but will stay at this home if we return.

Beautiful Property and Views

This home was an experience for the view itself. The driveway is quite steep and internet service was minimal. However, the home was amazing; spacious, well stocked, and the communication between the property manager was great. We enjoyed our first time in the mountains staying here.

Amazing

I never wrote reviews...but....this house was exceptional! The location was perfect. The layout was perfect. And the well stocked kitchen was over the top. There was a group of 12 adults who stayed and I don’t know how many times we were shocked about how well the kitchen was stocked. I have never been to rental that actually left dishwasher pods or laundry pods. AMAZING! When we were at the house we spent most of the time out on the amazing porch! Plenty of room for all of us. The weather was not so hot so we actually did spend most of the time at the house! I can’t say enough about this house and we will for sure be back!

Great times at Cameroon Loop Lane

House was amazing location for 6 families to stay. Easy access to every part of the lake. Property was beautiful and we used the outdoor fireplace and living area every night. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back. *** Because of the time of year we came the launch ramp for the boats was lower and therefore a little more difficult to drop boats.

Fantastic Lake House

This is an amazing Lake House. Here were some of our favorite things: - the location is amazing -- great views and easy access to several marinas. - The kids loved the dock / slide. - The outdoor porch area was awesome -- fireplace was a perfect touch. - House was very clean and well stocked. - John and Ali were great hosts and made the stay great.
