Nuovo 2012 'Summer Daze' Lakefront 4 Bed / 4bath, 2 cucine complete

Di recente costruzione 4 camere da letto, 4 e 1/2 bagni, casa Lakefront 2400 piedi quadrati che dormirà 12 confortevoli. Incredibile vista lago, costruita vicino al lago con 115 piedi di Lake Frontage. Situato a Hidden Springs proprio accanto al Deerfield Resort. È ideale per piccole riunioni di famiglia. È dotato di 4 Master Suite (bagno completo attaccato ad ogni camera da letto) con sciopero sul ponte. Ottimo per intrattenere; con 2 cucine / sala da pranzo complete, 2 sale TV con schermi piatti da 55 "e audio surround. Percorso / gradini in cemento verso il pontile con scivolo coperto, mobili per pontile e area Fire Pit.

Il primo piano dispone di pavimenti in legno, soffitti a volta, armadi con ripiani in granito, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, forno a microonde e frigorifero. C'è un tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone e un bar per 3 persone. La camera familiare dispone di un HDTV a schermo piatto da 55 "montato sopra il camino a gas con audio surround e una docking station per iPod. La Master Suite ha un letto king size con sciopero sul ponte, HDTV a schermo piatto da 46 ", un bagno completo con cabina doccia e vasca idromassaggio. L'altra camera da letto su questo piano è una King Suite con bagno completo e sciopero sul ponte. Il ponte coperto ha un tavolo da pranzo e una grande griglia a gas in acciaio inossidabile.

Il secondo piano comprende una cucina completa con lavastoviglie, piano cottura, forno a microonde e frigorifero. C'è un tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone e un bar per 3 persone. Una camera familiare con TV HD a schermo piatto da 55 "con audio surround e docking station per iPod. C'è una King Suite con bagno completo e sciopero sul ponte. C'è anche una suite matrimoniale con letti a castello full size con bagno completo e una sciopero sul ponte. C'è una lavanderia completa a questo livello. C'è un grande ponte coperto con un tavolo da pranzo. La darsena ha uno scivolo coperto, un decking composito e un grande ponte prendisole con tavolo, sedie e sedie a sdraio.

La casa si trova a Hidden Springs, una gated community di fronte a Sugar Hollow Marina e accanto a Deerfield Resort. C'è tutto l'anno acque profonde. C'è una rampa per barche situata a Hidden Springs. Abbiamo un ampio parcheggio fuori casa e molto altro in cima al vialetto. È situato a pochi chilometri dalla I-75 e 15 minuti dalla città di La Follette. Dal lago, non si potrebbe chiedere una posizione migliore! Si trova di fronte a Sugar Hollow Marina, a pochi minuti da hotspot locali come Shanghai Marina, Tiki Hut di Deerfield, Sugar Hollow e Springs Resort. Puoi goderti questi porti turistici a servizio completo e ristoranti / bar in pochi minuti in barca. Deerfield offre il campo da golf di 6800 yard di Bobby Clampett proprio dietro l'angolo.

The house was perfect for our multi generation group. Grandparents stayed upstairs and kids had the downstairs. We really liked that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Since our stay was in the winter we didn't get to use the lake amenities. We would like to stay here again in the summer to enjoy the spacious decks and boat dock. The owners were very nice and responded immediately to all of our questions. This was our first VRBO and we were pleased with how well everything went.

The house was great! The view was awesome! Would definitely stay here again. Everyone had their own space with their own bathrooms. The weather wasn’t the best, but we all had a great time.

Directly across from Sugar Hollow with quick access to other marinas and the jumping bridge too. Nice outdoor spaces - deck with great views and seating, and a nice table, chairs and umbrella on the dock.

The house was just as advertised and perfect for multiple couples/large families. The location was great. It was very convenient to have boat trailer parking right across from the house. The dock was in great shape. We had a nice, relaxing vacation and would come back again. One request I have for a future visit would be to add towel hooks/racks in the bathrooms for hand towels and bath towels.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Pics don’t do it Justice. See for yourself. Just pack 5 bathing suits and 2 outfits cause you’ll never leave the house. We rented a nice boat from marina across the lake. Had our paddle boards also. The power went out a few times but came back on in a timely matter. The kids loved having their own suite downstairs. Do your grocery shopping on way to house. Internet good. Direct TV great. We cooked all week. Has everything. I didn’t see a pair of scissors though. And the dryer wasn't working great. We just air dryed the towels. My family had a great visit to Norris and we didn’t want to leave!

Very disappointed that all ceiling fans and many high wall areas had dust & spider webs. Clothes dryer not working well. Most concerned in bunk bed room, dirty ceiling fan so close to children. Also felt, weeds crossing walk way to dock should have been cleared. Our family did have good times on lake. Liked the number of bathrooms & layout of floor plan.

We had a wonderful time! The location was wonderful!!!! The house accommodations were fantastic. The owners were very helpful when we had questions. The only down fall was the top deck has several wasps nest. We had a wonderful vacation and your home was wonderful!

Had a great week at Summer Daze! All 4 bedrooms having their own bath, plus a common powder room was differentiating and so appreciated. The dual kitchens were very convenient. Overall, the home is very attractive, warm and welcoming. Have rented several homes though VRBO and this overall experience was one of the best. A big reason for this is the communication and responsiveness of the owners. They truly seem to care that you have a great vacation. Case in point, we messaged before the trip to see if they had a Keurig or regular coffee pot. Erika responded saying they did not have a Keurig, but did plan on it at some point. Sure enough, when we arrived, there was a brand new Keurig coffee maker on the counter. It wasn't necessary to do, but very much appreciated for a group that liked all different brews. Beautiful Norris Lake did not disappoint. Would definitely repeat this trip and hats off to the owner/host! Thank you...

Overall, we had a great experience renting this home. We had plenty of room and both the upstairs and downstairs areas were fully functional, allowing for kids and adults to have their own space. Erica was very responsive to the couple of minor issues that we incurred. The dock was awesome with tie up for two boats and plenty of space to swim. It is on the main channel for the jumping bridge, but the waves were not too bad. Overall, we would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

This was a great home. Loved that all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The kitchen area in the basement was nice to have. Comfortable furnishings. We had a great week at Nortis Lake.
