A large garden is also at your disposal, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors, while enjoying an unobstructed view of the beach.

If you wish to take a break during your day, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool (available from 15 May to 15 September) as well as a games room, equipped with various games for children. (For your safety, it is forbidden to jump on the net.)



Upon your arrival in the house, you will discover the living space with its lounge, comfortable sofa, a television and a fireplace, ideal for warming up in winter and enjoying convivial moments near the fire. The dining room and fully equipped open kitchen await you for your meals. You will find induction hobs, an electric oven, a microwave, a kettle, a blender, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a fridge-freezer, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking.

Still on the ground floor, a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) offers a view of the pool, while a second bedroom, also equipped with a double bed, overlooks the sea. A shower room and a bathroom are accessible, as well as an independent WC and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron. You can also enjoy the patio with direct access to the pool.

Upstairs, the master suite offers a bathtub with a sea view and a dressing room. You will also have access to the games room and the last bedroom, which has two single beds (90x190) and an adjoining shower room.
