“It’s a relatively new property from what I could tell. Very clean, beds were awesome and I’ll be staying here again when I return to town.”

“The property is beautiful and nice. My wife and booked this for a one night get away. We were really looking forward to our time on the patio (since we paid significantly extra for beach front). The whole time we were there a man was doing construction right outside of our patio on tables and chairs. It was a BIG let down. I wish they would have warned us to err was going to be construction. We would have waited before spending that kind of money on a one night stay. We could not enjoy...

“The toilet got plugged and they had us go get a plunger and there was no late checkout or a $40 fee would be applied.”

“Parking”

“Our room was spacious and clean. The only minor complaint is the uncomfortable couch. It was incredibly hard and not comfortable for sitting. In addition, we did not get our trash taken out while we were staying for multiple days. A positive aspect of the property is their well maintained pool. It was crystal clear in the perfect temperature. We will be staying here again when visiting our son, daughter-in-law, and grandkids.”

“It was a clean bed to sleep in Oxnard. Could have used a blanket on the beds to stay warm. A top sheet and bed spread is all they had.”

“Really nice motel. It was well appointed, the bathroom was very nice with a walkin shower, the bed was comfortable, and the property was quiet. Staff are super nice. Would highly recommend this place. Down the street from a few good food spots and a comfortable walk to the beach.”

“I’d return. This is a great value. It’s a simple beach place and a very nice experience. The beach can’t get any closer. There is nothing like a concrete strand with human traffic; just the beach on the other side of the three feet block wall of the semi shared small patio.”

“Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed.”
