“Seems like a lot of down and out people live there - maybe some type of military or ice or jail-like housing - concerned about leaving belongings in car No side tables near bed; lights on wall didn’t work, TV remote only went lower in channels, not higher. Weird mop baskets and shoes were outside most of the rooms.”

“Pros:Clean hotel, good amenities, good breakfast. Cons: bad isolation: you will hear people upstairs. Staff is not friendly, and ay most tolerating you. ”

“Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed.”

“Fine for a pit stop. Room could do with better maintenance and the area is not located very close to any amenities. Parking is easy.”

“The elevators did not work the 5 days we were there. The sink in our room was clogged and drained super slow that we had to use the one in the kitchenette the whole time we were there. We told the girl at the desk on the first day we arrived and she said someone would check it out. Never happened. The coffee in the pots near the buffet room was either empty or cold on a couple of evenings. This was the third time we stayed here but unfortunately it will be our last!”

“Ants in the bathroom, refrigerator did not work, pit bull walked all over the place unleashed, ceiling was sweating above me, other occupants were loud. Do not stay here!!!”

“It's not the Ritz but a perfectly acceptable stay. The elevator was not working from floor 2 to 3 when we were there but otherwise nothing notable was wrong. Breakfast was very nice, price was reasonable and it was excellently located.”
