“We had an amazing time at the condo. Mary allowed us to check in early and check out late which was incredibly helpful with our flight schedule. We arrived to a kitchen stocked well, including snacks and cold drinks, plenty of coffee to last our whole trip, and even extra toiletries in the bathroom. We had beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. The location is perfect! Steps away from a few yummy cafe's, a convenience store across the street, and walking distance (less than a mile) to both...

“This place was amazing! Great views of the ocean, especially at sunset. So close to the beach, within crawling distance. A little bit of a process to get the key fob to get to parking, but that is more of an issue with the building and not the owner. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries I had.”

“We had a great time being so close to the beach and within very close walking to great restaurants. It was a very busy weekend and the place was perfect for what we needed. I will say, the check in process has quite a few steps and the instructions are as good as they're going to get, but you do have to pay attention to details. Also, it is not set up to have people over, as there is lots of notice to not be noisy which was hard with older kids, but would be great if you wanted something quiet...

“The place is so convenient to anything you could want (food, grocery store, etc.). The location is absolutely unbeatable and the community itself is good! The area could be a little loud, we couldn't keep the patio door or windows open at night, but that was in the description so we knew to expect it.”

“For a single person or couple with laid back plans to enjoy beautiful San Diego and Mission Beach, this is a great find! Having a dedicated parking spot is so important in the area . Depending on the time of year of your stay, it was a little warm in the unit so mastering the air conditioning was key. ”

“The interior of the condo is nicely upgraded and well maintained. The host was very helpful. The building is a bit rundown and the pool is not a resort style amenity. The location on the ocean and the view are great. However, the area attracts homeless and people smoking martijuana along a busy stretch of beach. ”

“We had a wonderful stay in Pacific Beach, in large part due to this condo and its location. Being right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops was perfect. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and has stunning beach views. We were able to walk to everything. It was also easy to get an Uber to more distant venues for those of us intimidated by driving in San Diego! Best beach house in Pacific Beach! ”

"Hotel vecchiotto, scomodo per il centro della Jolla. Non servizio di navetta. Cibo orribile a colazione ( pochi piatti costosi ala carta) dopo che avevo acquistato la colazione inclusa alla reception mi hanno detto che avevo solo un bonus di 50 $ per camera per che non avevano il buffet ma solo il ristorante alla carta. Cameriera ( Laila) scortesissima non ha voluto spiegare nulla , non ci ha portato neanche l’acqua naturale ( abbiamo dovuto chiederla a fine colazione) e ha preteso la mancia !!! Parcheggio 42 $ a notte dichiarato però hanno aggiunto 30$ di tassa occupazione suolo più altre tasse locali!!! NON È CERTO UN HOTEL INNCUI TORNARE e non mi sembra certo un Hilton 4 stelle!"
