Classically furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, this home will become your home away from home with plenty of time to enjoy the solace and relaxing atmosphere.



The Space:

Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms.



The Primary bedroom features a queen size bed, fireplace, TV with cable, huge walk-in closet and very roomy balcony that is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail soaking in the ocean views.



Attached to the bedroom is a smaller room that would be perfect for a baby crib or toddler bed that is in close range but allows privacy as well.

The ensuite bathroom is very spacious with a soaking bathtub, walk in shower and large vanity.



The guest bedroom also has a queen size bed and some ocean view. The bathroom for the guest bedroom is in the hallway and features a tub/shower combo and double sink vanity.



The ground floor has high ceilings, loads of natural light with living room, dining room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

There is also a breakfast table and TV room with fireplace for informal living.



There is a half bath and a laundry room that has a shower should you want to rinse off after going to the communal pool or after a trip to the beach.



The back garden is absolutely beautiful with winding stone paths, lush green vegetation, an outside table for al fresco dining with an outside BBQ. Enjoy the solitude at the end of the garden where you can read or dream away at the quaint bistro table.



Emerald Cove is in a gated community that has wonderful amenities including swimming pool, extensive gymnasium, tennis courts and clubhouse.



Located in La Jolla Alta, this property is close to all freeways, beaches, shops and restaurants.

For clubhouse access, you will have to provide the office with first and last names of each guest staying at property and the clubhouse requires a fee of $50 per key.

This home sleeps 4 people in beds and has a maximum occupancy of 6. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.



This home is equipped with A/C



This home does allows pets.



For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.



There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. This fee is "Per Pet"... it will be charged for each pet you bring.



There is parking for 2 cars in the private garage. There is no street parking - HOA restricts any street parking.



You must be a minimum of 25 years or older to book.



This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. All our homes are equipped with noise decibel monitors to ensure a quiet home for you and our surrounding neighbors.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.



The home has security cameras - however the only live camera is outside the front door for security.
