Located on the second level, this home features an open living area, full-size sofa sleeper, and fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 4. The bedroom comes with a comfortable queen bed and the adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

A glass sliding door opens to a west-facing ocean view deck with seating and a BBQ; a wonderful space to grill your favorite meal while watching the sunset over the Pacific.

Just a few steps away is amazing Windansea Beach. This scenic stretch of coastline is ever-changing and offers crashing waves, famous surf breaks, and sandstone outcrops. Grab a beach chair, watch the surfers shred the waves, and soak in the famous San Diego sunshine!

The City of San Diego's Short-Term Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Parties and/or noise disturbances will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds.

Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. During busy times we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs, especially if another guest is arriving or departing that day.

Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable. Guest ages and plans for use of the home must be approved, and reservations may be declined or canceled at management’s discretion.

A: We provide complimentary beach towels. Other gear may be available upon request or for rent nearby.

A: Absolutely! Families with children are welcome.

A: No, this is not a pet-friendly home.

Q: What other supplies or amenities are included?
A: Wi-Fi, ready-made beds with fresh linens, one full towel set per guest, dish and laundry soap, sponge, paper towels and toilet paper, and trash liners. Oils, spices, baggies and foil are not typically stocked in the home.

Q: What time is Check out?
A: Normal check out time is 10:00 to have the home maintained and prepared for the next guest. If another guest is not arriving on the same day, you can request a complimentary 11:00 am late check-out.

Q: What are the check-out procedures?
A: It’s easy, just start the dishwasher, put garbage in the bins, turn off lights and lock up. We’ll take care of the rest!

Q: What are your cancellation policies?
A: This depends on the platform you booked on. Normally free cancellation for the first 48 hours, 97% refund 30 days from the arrival date and no refunds for cancellations 15 days or less from the arrival date. Make sure to verify in advance of booking.
