The Space:

Casa Linda features three comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed.



The primary bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

• One-car private garage

• Easy walking access to the Las Colinas community pool



The elevated hillside setting allows beautiful sunsets, while remaining close to the resort’s main attractions.

Getting Around:

Guests may move around the resort by walking through landscaped paths or by renting a golf cart.



Golf cart rental is not included and is subject to availability. Typical rates range between USD 60–120 per night depending on model and stay duration.



To rent a golf cart, guests must provide:

• Valid driver’s license

• Signed liability waiver

• Refundable security deposit



Private transportation and airport transfers can be arranged upon request.



Other Things to Note:

Important Notes - Blue Cortés Beach Club



Access is subject to resort policies and outside of our direct control.



Currently:

• Minimum consumption of $800 MXN per person applies

• Applies to guests over 12 years old



Starting March 20, 2026 (Semana Santa / Spring Break), Blue Cortés Beach Club will become members-only and guest access will no longer be permitted.



Resort policies and amenity availability may change without prior notice.



Pet Policy



Pet-friendly with prior written authorization only.



• Small pets only (maximum 10 kg / 20 lbs)

• Maximum one pet per reservation unless approved

• Additional pet fee and refundable deposit required



Pets may not:

• Be left unattended for extended periods

• Access pools, Beach Clubs, or shared facilities

• Enter common areas where prohibited by community rules



Guests are fully responsible for any damages or violations caused by their pet.



Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of stay without refund.
